Great community college! The academic advisor was very helpful in selecting courses for me. Not to mention, I had to switch majors at the last minute, and it wasn't an issue. I did all my courses online, which made it a lot easier. I would also like to add that NMSU helps its community by offering free pantries and scholarships.

I consider myself a fairly intelligent person. This school process for the college is over-complicated and confusing to the average person. They don’t return calls, constantly give out misinformation and refuse to come up with solutions for academic accommodations. If you can go literally anywhere else, you would be doing yourself a favor.

A lovely and functional campus with a small footprint that gets lots done learning-wise. Library and computer lab staffs have always been friendly. Most instructors are readily available. Classrooms are up-to-date with what seems like the perfect technology to help instructors teach students in comfortable environment. The College seems to have a degree program for every type of learner and most job categories. Tuition is a bargain.

Janaya Bunker was incredible and super thorough. The best cleaning the best x-rays the best time anyone can possibly have getting their teeth serviced. The instructor Cher is super awesome and funny. With service like this and instruction like this I have faith in the dental industry for Las Cruces. Highly recommended that anybody reading this review call and make an appointment with the dental college to get your exam and your cleaning. Make sure that you make extra time in your schedule for these because they do take a little bit longer. It is still completely worth it.

For such a small campus you would expect advisors to be more organized. Left voicemails and sent emails, but received no answer. All I had was an advisor hold which could have been resolved easily. First advisor stated she wasn't making appointments and only taking walk-ins, but when I showed up she said she had an appointment and wouldn't be able to see me. Missed a semester just like that.

DACC is the reason I am doing well today. The professors here, at least in the nursing program, genuinely care about their students.
