Walmart Supercenter

So I came to get some stuff and used the self checkout by the pharmacy. Machine stole my coins. When I told the lady there she looks at the receipt and says you have to go to customer service. What the hell are you there for?? Other than talking to guys instead of working….. blows my mind on the excuses Walmart employees do to steal from customers.

Worked an event at the kennewick walmart and the employees there were so amazing and they helped promote the event and made sure we had things that we needed and made sure that we had things to drink. The event employees and the celebrity chef Todd was also absolutely amazing and so nice and made sure that we were also taken care of!

Why don't they have anyone that can unlock the tobacco products up front. One line with 6 people in it. And then the one person you find can't open the tobacco cage for 15 mins. Do better with training employees and stationing them where customers need to be helped. The life long tale right.

Money center employee decides to take break last hour before they close, says they can’t help. I then call to speak to manager, to which I’m told to come back inside. That he might be able to help, go back in. Just to be told their systems were down! Makes no sense to ask me to come back in. Something that takes all of two minutes to do as well, poor customer service.

Good place for a Walmart. VERY convenient.

Used self check out and scanned an item (frozen food) that was discovered to be opened. Employee overseeing the area informed me that they were too busy and couldn't help me. Had to stand in line at customer service to return it rather than just swap it out for another thats not damage. Customer service is definitely a thing of the past. This is an example of why folks are leaving brick and mortar and ordering online. Why go to a store when you get better service from web based companies.

I honestly think it should never be a thing where employees take breaks at the end of the day to where they cant help people or do their jobs. My boyfriend went to get money from customer service and they were unable to help him due to the fact that the worker was on break for an hour. And its 7pm and they close at 8pm. Thats unacceptable and down right wrong! Should be illegal. No wonder walmart has a bad rep they treat their employees horrible. This should be a break that was taken way earlier in the day not at the end. Customers are not a priority and they just proved that. If a worker has to take a break then someone covers its that obvious. If you cant do that then why even be open. Do your job no excuses. Unacceptable.
