Henrich's US Tae Kwon Do

I've taken Henrich's Women's Self Defense & Cardio Kickboxing class for over a year now. I was obese when I started and could barely do anything in the class. He says to do what you can, at least you are there and moving. I still have some weight that needs to come off but I feel better physically & mentally! His class is fast and fun. I recently started his Yoga/Tia Chi/Meditation class and I enjoy that too. Lots of good stretching and relaxation. I highly recommend any of the classes at Henrich's US Taekwondo. Paul is a good teacher, and his encouragement is such a light in a dark world. Don't be afraid to get started!

The workout is no joke — you will sweat, have fun, and feel better about yourself when you leave. It’s the kind of class that pushes you in all the right ways while still making you feel supported and confident. I highly recommend it to any woman looking to get stronger, learn practical skills, and enjoy the process.

I brought my daughter here after being bullied at school so she can learn self defense. She was so good she snapped her gee. Henrich was so great with her and gave her confidence. Sky belted up to orange belt but then lost interest. I would recommend this place over others in the area. We had terrible experiences with other places, where they were too aggressive and almost like adult bullies . Here he is consistent and doesn't favor kids either. If you put the work in you are rewarded if you don't you won't, its simple.

Master Henrich always takes the time to help students understand and improve. My son loves coming here and we only wish we could make it more often. I would absolutely recommend if you or your child are wanting to learn!

My grandson who is 7 a good young man very respectful of others. But after meeting and bringing my grandson to Master Hendricks marital arts class I see more confidence more determined and very excited to go because Master Hendricks knows how to make a connection with his student's. Impressive

My son and I have been coming here for years. When we first brought our son in for a trial class, we had been to 3 other places all who had multiple teachers who could barley keep a group of 5-7 year olds in line. Master Henrich not only was by himself for the entire class, but kept all the children focused and attentive. We knew right then this was the right place for our son. Master Henrich is an amazing teacher with patience, kindness, diligence, and a hard work ethic that he passes on to his students. Would recommend to beginners or advanced martial artists.

I would like to take a moment and express my gratitude towards Henrich's US Tae Kwon Do. My sister has made remarkable progress through their one-on-one and group training sessions. She has become more confident, outgoing, and focused, which is evident in her growth with each belt she receives. It has been an incredibly special journey to witness. I am truly thankful for the safe and nurturing environment that the academy provides, which has enabled my sister to develop a deeper sense of self-awareness and connect with others who inspire her.
