I went today but it was close I don't know if it's temporary close or not

It is a great place to improve the language and teach a career in a short time, so you can become a good asset in the market place!

The receptionist was rude overly confident and way too important to even offer prospective students a hand in the enrollment process. The Literacy Center is in dyier need of an Executive Director. A Director who is willing to change up there current enrollment procedure. A director who is willing to take a more unorthodox approach to the enrollment process. A Director who will offer the public the option of filling out a paper application and not worry about the amount of time it would take to transpose the information from paper to digital. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP THIS PLACE OUT WITH A COMPUTER THAT HAS ACCESS TO THE INTERNET AND A PRINTER SO MORE PERSPECTIVE STUDENT CAN ENROLL AND NOT BE TURNED AWAY OR REJECTED BY THE LAZY RUDE UNEDUCATED RECEPTIONISTS WHOS FACIAL EXPRESSION SHOWS THAT IT HURTS HER TO HELP OUT A FELLOW LATINO WITH HOPE AND DREAMS OF BEING THAT CHANGE IN THE WORLD.

Great organization to learn English as second language. Great teacher and staff. Thank you so much everyone.

Horrible the employees do not call back or respond to emails. I have been trying to reach them since early August 2019. How are they in business with such terrible customer service?
