So far , so good. I’ve been attending Keiser for a year & I’m still not in my program, however it hasn’t been a horrible experience. My first few classes were online until I had to come on campus for Human Anatomy. My professor, Dr Merritt is such a wonderful professor & he actually teaches! The reason I gave 3 stars is because of the waitlist.. I don’t want to until May to start , especially since I’ve been a student since late October.

Dean Record was AMAZING‼️ She stayed with me helping me with an issue that I needed to get resolved in a timely matter and while multitasking she was still helping at the same time and we got my issue fixed right away. I really appreciated meeting her today. #GoKeiser

Do NOT go to Keiser University. I graduated from the BSN program in April, and it was one of the worst decisions I’ve ever made. The teachers do not care about students. They were failing people unfairly, gossiping about students behind their backs, and completely unprofessional. There’s no support, no guidance, and no interest in helping anyone actually learn or succeed. Clinicals placements were a complete joke — always scheduled late, poorly organized. It was obvious they just wanted to check boxes and keep collecting tuition. This school is only after your money, not your future. The way they treat students is unacceptable — rude, dismissive, and toxic. You're on your own with no resources or help. The program is set up to make students struggle, not succeed. Honestly, Keiser University needs to lose its accreditation. A school operating like this should not be allowed to continue running a nursing program — or any program. Do NOT go to Keiser. Go straight to a community college — it's cheaper, offers more support, and the staff actually care about your success.

I would NOT recommend Keiser’s admissions process to anyone considering their nursing program. When I first applied in April, I was told by Jon in admissions that I could start the program immediately if I had the credits . Since I wasn’t ready to begin the following week, he reassured me that September would be fine. Based on that information, I even took two classes through Keiser (at extra cost) because I was told if I took one of them at my community college, I would not be eligible for the September start. Now, I’ve been told I can’t start until May of the following year. I later found out Keiser does in fact have a January start date, but I was placed on a waitlist despite being told that what separates Keiser from other schools is that they don’t have waitlists like this. This entire experience wasted both my time and money, and I feel completely misled. Future students deserve to know the truth about how admissions information is communicated here. There’s so many Other schools around don’t get misled by Keiser

I am going after my PhD in Global Business. I find the classes challenging and rewarding. Small classes allow for fun in learning and professors who really work with you. This is not easy but, in the end worth more than just a diploma. I feel blessed with this as part of my journey.

If you want to waste your time not learning nothing and get in a HUGE Debt go to Keiser. I went to this school, teachers are not well prepared for each class. I rarely met someone truly professional. The administration is unkind, had a situation right before graduation they wanted me to repite entire class due to that (woman-"professor" ) stating, I didn’t complete my final paper on my own. They didn’t want me to present another paper if not to repay and do the class all over again THE LAST CLASS!!! AND pay obviously it’s all about the $$$ with them. I had only A and B, I am a teacher myself. I have a degree in teaching and I was changing my career in Business. They did not care. I HATE I went to this fake school. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. AND I ENDED NO GRADUATING WITH A $62.000 debt.

BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THE BOOKSTORE! I love the classes and Professors, hence the one star but support from the bookstore is way, way way, below par. As a student there, I love the University, the business program and all my Professors, yet I purchased a few books, with COUNTLESS concerns that I documented with the University staff and college professors, without resolution. The latest is a rental that I purchased on line, fulfilled by the Jacksonville bookstore team and sent to the Fort Lauderdale location for pick up, since the closest location to me (Palm Beach Flagship) location has a manager that shady is the best way I can describe it. So back in MAY, I checked with the bookstore by calling on the 11th when the order was ready and was told that it is open on Saturday from 9 AM to 2 PM. I even checked on Google to get the directions and verified the hours again. Stopped at the campus around 12:30 PM on Saturday, after driving from Delray Beach (about 40 minutes), and was also told by the front desk that they are open until 3 PM, but then went to the door upstairs only to find a locked door. I then checked with the library person that verified that the door was closed. When I went downstairs, I was given the excuse of "They were open only during the first week of the summer semester, and that was last Saturday." When I asked if they were aware that the semester started AFTER SATURDAY on 05/08/2023, the Monday after the weekend they mentioned, oh no that is not how we have it on our calendar....I felt I was treated like an idiot because the from desk personnel argued my position. Just llok at the schedule posted AT THEIR DOOR! Now, June 22nd, the rental is returned because since I never picked it up and had to buy from another vendor. I contacted the company that runs the bookstore, Follett, responsible for the return. As expected, they mentioned it will be refunded, yet the Keiser bookstore customer service has not refunded any funds and they keep closing the tickets sent from Follett, and cc me on double emails to confuse me or forget the concern. I did mention that I will review publicly their treatment, but it seems they LOVE upsetting people that are professionals and do not just throw money at them. At this point, a BBB complaint is going to be sent for them and let's see how they support students (that have 3.91 GPA by the way, in Presidents List of KEISER.) This was a simple cautionary tale for all you future students out there. Remember, WE pay for our education and pretty hefty if you consider the college loans, THEY nickel and dime for a return of an item never even picked up or used? For shame....
