Cozymeal Cooking Classes

Gluten Free Dumpling Delights class taught my friends and I how to make dough for steamed dumplings with ground chicken, veggies and spices and we also used rice paper for a lightly fried veggie with chickpeas and spices roll. We assisted making these rolls. Chef Parsati showed us how to make the sauces for them. We also made a chocolate, mango dessert with coconut flour and cardamon spice. We all really enjoyed the flavors of the hot foods. Chef was friendly, knowledgeable, social and helpful. Class was held in her home kitchen. She did prep work before we began and she cleaned up after we left. The table was preset for our meal. It was a lovely experience.

We absolutely loved this cooking class. We learened how to make sushi, pancakes, ice cream, miso soup and gyozas. The instructor was patient, engaging, and explained each step clearly. I especially appreciated the tips on timing to have all ready—little things that made a big difference. The ingredients were fresh, and the recipes were easy. We walked away confident enough to recreate the dishes on our own. Great value for the price. I had a few questions after the class and the instructor was quick to respond. Highly recommend.

Cooking and learning from Eric while making fresh pasta and classic Italian sauces was a terrific way to spend the evening. He shared many stories with us as he taught us proper knife skills and cooking techniques. He was quick witted and fun to hang with. We participated in the preparation and made bruschetta, fresh pasta with marinara and tiramisu. We enjoyed this meal together to end the wonderful evening. We will definitely book a future experience with Eric.

Chef Eric did a great job to explain everything along the way. It was a lot of fun. Our group had a great time and the food was delicious. I would definitely recommend this experience. Thanks Chef Eric!

Truly, one of the most wonderful experiences we could have imagined. Chef Maggie was an absolute delight. Fun to be around and talk to, an amazing chef, and had incredible and whimsical ideas for the lord of the rings themes. The other couples we met were icing on the cake. This experience is well worth it. Would do any class she offers

Josh was friendly, very knowledgeable, and overall a great human! He's was super cool and was so pationate about what he does. We booked Marvelous Pasta for my husband's birthday, which turn out to be (by-far) the best gift I've ever given and that he has ever gotten! It was so perfect. The food he taught us to make was magical and delicious. Don't hesitate - book it now if you want to give a 10/10 gift, date, family dinner, etc.
