Really great experience in this class! David is an excellent teacher. He tailors the class to your needs depending on how you will be using Spanish in your life and asks how much time you have for homework, what your struggles have been with the language, etc. I felt my comfort with Spanish deepening over the month. This class made the commitment to learning Spanish exciting and took away the anxiety for me. I will definitely be taking more classes with JLC.

I've been taking Spanish classes at Journey Language Center for a few months and am really enjoying my experience. The classes have helped me learn Spanish in an approachable and useful way - we work from a workbook, play games, have conversations in the language to practice our knowledge and learn about the culture. Jay is my teacher and he's friendly, patient and helpful and his classes are a lot of fun. Highly recommend JLC if you're looking to learn a new language!

Jay Minaya and the staff at Journey Language Center are great! Unlike a traditional classroom, this class is much more "home-like" and personal. Learning a new language is tough but they offer a very approachable style of learning for a fair price. My goal was always to learn Spanish well enough to travel South America more frequently. I have a long way to go but I am already feeling much more comfortable just a few weeks into my classes. Thanks again Jay!

I have really enjoyed studying Spanish with Journeys! Their teachers are friendly, helpful, understanding and very patient. Learning the language becomes a joy and a pleasure. I highly recommend David and Jay both as teachers and owners of this great business. I appreciate the fact that I can meet with a variety of Spanish speakers as instructors so have experiences with different styles of teaching and conversing.

I've been taking one on one Spanish lessons at JLC for the past 5 months and have already learned so much! I highly recommend their immersive program. I love the flexibility with scheduling and the comfortable atmosphere of learning a new language. They have a very effective and fun approach that keep you excited to learn, from playing games and watching videos to immersive lessons out in a public setting. I'm currently in the intermediate level and plan to continue my studies with JLC.

JLC is the best! The teachers and curriculum at Journey Language Center have been both wonderful to work with and critical in preparing my spouse and I for a full-time move to Panama. We went from being unable to hold basic conversations to now feeling confident (and being successful) in our ability to navigate life in a new country. The teaching style had a lot of variety and matched our pace and learning styles really well.
