Dezzy & Josh We’re super helpful and extremely knowledgeable about all of the programs and information. They seem extremely passionate about what they do in helping people and I look forward to checking in with Love at the front desk in the future. They definitely put a smile on my face. please give them a raise. They deserve it.!!!

Had lunch an unexpected excellent lunch had steamed carrots and spiced with chicken strips very very good grilled or broiled but very well seasoned very tasty probably the best chicken and vegetable treat I've ever had. Told to cook Great

I called during their open hours that google search provided me 6:00 am to 8:00 am. A lady answered rudely and said that they are not open and call at 9:00 Am. So I did call and voice recording said they are closed and to leave a message. I was Pist!!! I need utility assistance desperately in need of help. AES OHIO plans to disconnect and turn off my electricity. I’m on disability with no job and I need help. Unbelievable!!!!!!!

Very cool place! Went there for a youth basketball game and was very impressed with this place. Can't wait to explore what they have to offer further!

Honestly, shocked by some of the negative reviews. Everyone has their own experience, but they're just so far off from what mine has been. I've been going to the Kroc Center gym for 6 months now and everyone on staff exudes a special type of warmth. All so kind and helpful. The facility is wonderful. Floor to ceiling windows, clean, organized, equipment is plentiful, good energy all around. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. But usually don't because it's kind of a hidden gem hehe The Kroc Center rocks.

Extremely unhelpful. They have the Christmas food drive and only allow people to pick up at certain times. When WE ARE AT WORK and some of us have no one to help go pick up. They should allow you to pick up in the evenings or on the weekends when you get off work, and allow you to choose YOUR pick up time. This is the 2nd year I've asked for help and can't get it because of their backwards pick up policies. And the people on the phone are always rude about it too. It's unfair and I rely on the food help for my kids. I'm glad they do this program, but if it doesn't cater to the recipients, it's just wrong. We can't just leave work. If I could give 0 stars I would.
