Harrah's Council Bluffs Hotel and Casino - A Caesars Rewards Destination

First, my friend is 90 years old and I am 79. We arrive - no valet, no bell hops. We go to dinner, come back, no handicap spots. We had not seen a shuttle so we put our car in those spots. We go inside, some rude person kicks us out of the spot. Today a sign saying no shuttle service. I have stayed at Harrahs in Tahoe and it was wonderful. This is a low class hotel.

$7.50 for a beer. Wait staff seem to like the regulars. But I don't know for sure as no one talked to me, I had to go to the bar to order. Place seems old and dirty. Part of that could be that there were more smokers than usual? Because almost every machine I saw was covered in ashes and had a full ashtray on it. $7.99 ATM charge seems a little excessive to me. Hotel rooms are fine. They seem a little dated. Restroom is in 1 room with just 1 sink making it difficult for more than 1 person to get ready at a time. Walls seem to let a lot of noise though. No free water, bottles in your room are $3.00 each.

360 is wonderful! 5 star Casino, not good 1 or 2 stars. Table games not fully staffed or open. Craps stickman and dealers fine at 5 pm. Ate dinner, came back different traps crew ... surly, we walked. Not a good experience. PS, was ahead at 5 pm amd still ahead when we walked. better places to spend entertainment money!!!!

Great Casino. Very fun casino with very fun staff. Dealers are very nice and had a great time with Tyler on the free bet blackjack. Very professional dealer and makes it a good time to hang out and play at the table. If you want to have a good time with a fun dealer go here and look for Tyler.

I don’t think we would ever stay again. Unfortunately, the walls were paper thin and we could hear our neighbor puking all night. We even got up to see if they were in the hall because they sounded like they were in our room. Also, our bathroom sink just wouldn’t drain, kind of annoying. There are definitely better options for the price. Front desk people were nice though.

Tightest slots I’ve ever seen. This is 100% controllable. I looked this casino up on the gaming commission website, and came to learn that they have the lowest payout percentage of any other casino in the state of Iowa. Don’t waste your time and money here. There are other casino options that set their machines to a more fair percentage payout.
