Prometric Test Center

Honest opinion. If you are easily distracted when taking a timed test, AVOID this testing center. Yes, the center is new and clean, but that's less important to passing your exam. - The testing room is small, 15 seats max - Its busy, with tests all at different times - The proctor open/closed door over 30x during 3 hours exam. Impossible to ignore! - The proctor also cleaned every cubicle after each test taker and did not make solid effort to be quiet. Drive to Boston. Good Luck!🍀

Very clean and quiet place, it was definitely worth the drive. When I started the exam my date of birth was backwards but I took the exam anyways, I passed and the e results came in the next day saying I passed. It’s official, the date of birth was not a big deal after all.

Clara and Sean were extremely professional, courteous, and respectful. Very pleased with the systematic check in process. The center is clean, not too crowded, and I had no problems with the equipment. The headphones definitely help drown out the noise from other test takers speaking around you!

Tested at the end of March. First time in a testing center such as this and they made the whole experience so easy and painless. Girl behind the desk was friendly and kind. The testing room was maybe 10-12 seats which is the way every Prometrics center should be. It puts test takers at a serious disadvantage to be in the same room as 15 other people especially when some people are not taking their respective test seriously. Thank you, Brockton, but unfortunately you set the bar too high!

I went there today to take an exam. The woman at the desk, the full size lady, she was very rude and calling me sweetie. Then she was showing me how to lock the small boxes where you put your bag, she snatch the keys out my hands. I had a bad experience because of her. The other lady was fairly nice, but that lady I mention previously, she needs to learn some manners, dont call adults by those pet names, that disrespectful woman. Do you think you talking to your cat or dog?

The testing facility itself is ok, but showed up for an exam scheduled months in advanced and was told there were computer issues and I would have to reschedule. Two more exams were scheduled months in advaneced and got an email saying they were cancelled. Ridiculous to have such limited availability that they had to be scheduled 3 months out and then cancelled.

Took my certification exam here last week. Very pleasant experience given the circumstances. Staff was friendly and courteous. Security is a major priority so if your testing here be aware of the certain restrictions in place.
