The whole building is nearly empty when you walk in there’s absolutely no one to help guide you; so you’re completely confused for the first several minutes. Then, when you finally do find people they will blatantly ignore you. And then, finally when you’re able to seek some guidance, Your led to more Incompetence. I went there to get something notarized. Diane The person notarizing had absolutely no clue what she was doing Notarizing the document, and then after notarizing she tells me that they only take cash. Which personally I just feel like that’s something you lead with. So granted, it could’ve been worse, but it also could’ve been a lot better.

Just had the Utilities Department stop and checked the line from our house to prevent maintenance for any tree roots and was told no issues. These workers are efficient and professional with smiles. Thank you from a happy Brockton homeowner.

Taking a left turn from West st. to Torrey (picture) is very risky and moves very slow. There should be an arrow green signal that prioritizes this turn for at least 1/2 a minute before full green. We are now waiting for all the incoming cars from north West st. to stop then hardly one or two cars take the left turn when the lights are yellow or even RED. This needs an urgent solution!

Massachusetts has a relatively low number of total police pursuit-related deaths per capita compared to other states, but a disproportionately high percentage of those fatalities involve innocent bystanders. Massachusetts Specifics Per Capita Ranking (1996-2015): Massachusetts was tied for the 19th highest in total pursuit-related deaths per 100,000 population, with a rate of 1.8. Bystander Fatalities: Out of 114 total pursuit-related deaths in Massachusetts between 1996 and 2015, 44 were bystanders, ranking it 20th highest in absolute number of bystander deaths. In a separate study from 2014-2018, Massachusetts had 26 total deaths in police chases, 19 of which were bystander deaths. A High Proportion of Bystanders: Data from the 2014-2018 study shows that bystanders accounted for 19 of the 26 total deaths in Massachusetts, which is a higher proportion than the national average. National Context Nationally, data on police pursuits and their outcomes can be inconsistent because not all police reports specify if a crash was pursuit-related or whether the victims were participants or bystanders. However, available studies highlight key national statistics: Frequency: An average of one person is killed every day in police pursuit crashes across the U.S.. Bystander Risk: Innocent third parties (occupants of uninvolved vehicles or non-motorists) constitute a significant percentage of those killed or injured in police pursuits, often cited around 42% or a third of all pursuit deaths. Primary Offenses: An astonishing 91% of police pursuits are initiated for nonviolent offenses, yet these often result in serious injuries and deaths.

No Handicap Parking, No Parking, Handicapped people who get dropped off in front of City Hall must negotiate a temporary construction fence that encompasses the entire City Hall and various other construction obstacles to get to the handicapped entrance. Had a problem when I attempted to pay a past due excise tax bill. No one wanted to accept money? I'm extremely handicap challenged. I've got numerous coronary issues and pulmonary issues and here I was, attempting to pay the city money and yet, no one wanted to be responsible to collect a past due Excise Tax. I was told, Only one person can collect excise taxes and that person was out to lunch? No back up person to assist while on lunch? I never expected not being able to pay a overdue tax bill. What a unsurealistic carpet ride! I mean, Come on! There's got to be a better Collection System that can be implemented to address this problem. I know I'm not the only one. Avoid Brockton City Hall folks.

Always beautiful, this majestic building. The outdoor amphitheatre is a great place for community gathering.

Wow, the video spoke for itself. You had a visitor come in and ask a simple question of, what services you provide and then all heck breaks loose over a camera? Sounds like you may need more visits from other auditors. Plus you have unconstitutional signs posted in regards to filming. I have no idea how you get a 4 star rating when your on film acting in this manor.
