The Learning Center

This organization helped my daughter so very much that I now have teachers telling me that she is not dyslexic! Most current educators do not know the signs and symptoms of dyslexia, nor the benefits of identifying and tutoring children with dyslexia at a young age. Bonnie and her staff provided us with excellent care in office and at home resources to use to supplement when we were unable to be at the center because we lived 4+ hours away. Bonnie also works with the school and shares her findings with them. I recommend The Learning Center to anyone who suspects they or their child has dyslexia.

Bonnie, the founder, gave a three hour presentation and simulation on dyslexia in Sothern Illinois in November. It was absolutely mind blowing. Grandparents were teary-eyed and educators had a mental list of students they could now help. She is coming back at the end of the month to give 5 hour presentation. The room will be packed!

Never returned my phone calls. I called THREE different times and left messages stating I wanted a tutor for my son. I never received a return call. It gave me the option to leave a message each time but they were always 'away and helping other students". I purposely called during business hours. I'm finding help elsewhere.

Great place for kids to learn
