These folks are amazing. They not only helped my children get some fitness and learn karate, they helped both my kids learn discipline and commitment as well. My youngest son has a Downs Syndrome diagnosis and the things AFMA has done for him I will be eternally grateful for. They care about your kids and will move mountains to work with you. This place is such a blessing. Sign your kids up for some classes. You won’t regret it!

AMAZING!!!! We celebrated our son’s 7th birthday party here and it was perfect. We had about 17 kids and they made them do a bunch of fun games and martial arts drills. They even provided decorations and party favors! Talk about ease. They dad & son teaching combo was precious and they were just absolutely fantastic with the kids. I cannot recommend this place enough. I am so glad we found it. Our son will always remember this!!

I was looking for a camp for my son for a few weeks this summer, and he had a fantastic time. Jessika and Michael are very welcoming and appear to love the work that they do. We also did his birthday party at AFMA. I showed up with only the cake. They played Nerf Wars for 1.5 hours, and even had a gift for each child at the end of the party. It was a hit!

My 11 year old son has benefitted tremendously from martial arts and he loves attending classes. The instructors are patient and positive role models who look to empower the students with self confidence. I am extremely happy with our experience here and highly recommend this martial arts school.

Our son has been in the little ninjas class for one year today. We signed him up thinking it would be a fun extracurricular activity. It turned out to be so much more than that. As he’s moved up through the belts learning karate techniques, he’s also learned a great deal about patience, teamwork, how to win and how to lose. He has gained so much confidence as well. AFMA does an amazing job meeting children where they are and understands what they need to succeed. We plan on staying with AFMA for years to come.

We love AFMA! My son has been taking karate here for over a year now and not only have we only ever had great experiences with the classes and staff, my son has learned resilience, perseverance, and confidence! We even had my son’s 8th birthday party here and couldn’t have been happier with the above and beyond treatment we were given. This place and these people are gems.

I joined a little over a year ago with about 25 years of martial arts experience. I was immediately made to feel welcome. I really value the instructors at AFMA and enjoy the community I've been able to build here. This is an excellent school, mixing tradition, discipline, and support. It is great for any age, and the instructors really care about the students.
