I was very appreciative of Dr Casper and his staff. I feel that they made an uncomfortable situation much easier. I really felt that they cared for my wellbeing and care.

Dr. Casper is great. He listens and is honest. You don't feel rushed, and he and his staff were helpful in getting me the right meds after my visit.

AZ Asthma and Allergy was great! I was able to get an appointment easily and the front office staff was very nice. Dr. Boesel was very kind and his manner is gentle. He made sure I didn’t have any questions before I left.

This place is great for shots but a couple of Mondays ago, 4 of my kids and I were there for one of them to get her shots. It's insanely cold in there ALWAYS and so my 9 year old had her legs in her zipped jacket to get warm. When we got ready to leave she didn't get her legs out in time and fell on her mouth busting her lip and breaking a tooth. None of the staff came to see if she was okay. Someone came to help clean up the blood but not to see if my daughter was okay. I just thought that was quite rude of them. I'm not blaming the incident on the staff.. you'd just think they'd at least pretend that they cared.

I have been coming to AAAI for 40 years at various locations over the years. I have NEVER been disappointed in my interactions with any of the staff. My current location is the Avondale location and I have been here for a number of years. The staff are wonderful and caring. Dr. Casper is the BEST doctor! I appreciate that he takes the time to listen to my concerns and addresses them. My whole family comes to this office. They are the best!

Dr. Casper is Amazing The first appointment with my son he was 2 and is now 10 the only Negative feedback I have is once my son was stable we didn’t need to return except for any issues Upon returning 7 yrs later although all notes and files were still maintained The office charged a NEW patient visit. The return visit was scheduled 2 weeks out for a severe allergic reaction heat to toe with facial swelling. 2 weeks was too long to wait. I was advised to call back daily morning and afternoon to see if the offices had any cancellations. Luckily a very nice young man took it upon himself to call me back and checked for two days for an opening. We were able to get into Dr Casper in 3 days! Kudos to the young man in scheduling! Also to Dr Casper for the quick visit and keeping in contact over the next few days to ensure the steroids were helping! He went above and beyond As most doctors no longer do follow up via text or messaging. We had another reaction out of the country and messaged him with a quick response!! Thank you so much!!

All staff members were extremely professional and kind. Dr. Boesel was extremely professional, and For the first time i felt heard. All my concerns were addressed. Thank you Dr. Boesel!
