Office of Undergraduate Admissions

After I applied to Auburn University, something went wrong. I called the admissions office, hoping to explain this to my admissions advisor and correct the issue, but they never answered. I called them multiple times and I even called another admissions advisor and nobody was answering their phone. This office is poorly ran and it’s clear that they aren’t interested in helping you.

Our experience was not a positive one. We were sold on Auburn when my daughters and I visited on Fall 2020. We loved the campus and the vibe. However our experience with the Undergraduate Admissions Office was less than stellar. My daughter, Isabel, struggled to connect with the Admission Advisor for Virginia. Isabel would email her and never hear back. In fact Isabel missed the deadline for scholarships due to this lack of communication. I even reached out to the Admission Advisor myself to prompt along communication. Isabel was accepted to Auburn but the damage was already done. Isabel didn't want to have to combat the struggle of finding housing and course offerings. I hope that process gets better if you want people from the state of Virginia to attend Auburn.

Nobody wants to help anybody. They don’t want to make an effort to help. Every time I called to ask questions about GI bill is like I was bothering somebody. I am taking my business somewhere else.

Amazing place, and even better people. WAR EAGLE!
