My appt was the day before my wedding June 3,2022. My sister referred me to this stylist/owner. Prior to the appointment I had a consultation. I had photos that described exactly the style I was going for. I asked for a complete full sew in and stated to Leola when asked that I would like to keep this style for as long as it is intended to last. 1st issue I ran into is the hair needed to pull off the style. My stylist initially referred me to Beauty World. When I arrived there they had no clue what to tell me to buy. I text and called s Leola back informing her the dilemma she then responded and I read off the packs of hair that I had in my hand before checkout. Leola stated to get two packs. So at the time of appointment I received a real good wash, but the style provided was not even close to what I asked for. I had to buy a scarf to attend my wedding rehearsal and dinner. We had to purchase additional hair and locate a different stylist to fix my hair. So instead of eating breakfast and preparing for my day on the day of my wedding I spent an additional 2 hrs at a different stylists location. Had to get up at 6 that morning on my big day. Talk about devastated! I literally almost cut my hair completely off. As a result I will never allow anyone in my head ever. Pictures below are same day as appointment. She even had me leave with a wrap tied around my head and said let it sit there over night! $197 down the drain and a full of embarrassment. So would I recommend Hair reflections no. Leola new both my sister and myself did not like the hairstyle. Her response was we have to get used to long hair.

I came to Hair Reflections to receive a hair service and to use the Stress Release Room. I must say it was a very great experience. My hair stylist Candace accomplished my vision I had for my hair. She was knowledgeable as well. In the stress room Leola made sure I was comfortable and gave me all the information I needed to know before going into the stress room. Her knowledge was so empowering. I also received a light blanket and great sleep I must say. From the dim lights to the soft music and the rocking movement on my legs I could not stay awake. I was so relaxed and definitely recommend you to try. Great environment all in one.

I absolutely love it here. Wonderful atmosphere. Having your hair done is a spiritual thing and she has wonderful calming vibes. No stress when you go to receive your service. Ms. Leola is professional and fabulous. She will take care of you. Accommodating and kind. My locs are always stunning.

I seriously love coming here. Leola serviced my mom a long time ago, I just happened to find them again after some time. And I love them here. It's so easy to get my daughters and I scheduled. We're in and out. She does great work.
