Ramona gave me a very nice haircut. She was very understanding of my concern regarding my thinning hair. After the cut my hair was full & bouncy. I love it!!

I don’t typically write reviews, but I felt it was important to share my experience for anyone considering this location for color correction. In my case, this did not seem to be the best place for that type of service. I would strongly recommend confirming pricing throughout the appointment. I was quoted one amount at the start, but the final total was over $100 more than the original quote—and unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the end result. I’ve received similar services at other Hair Cuttery locations without any issues, but this location lacked clear price transparency. I understood going in that my desired outcome might not be fully achievable, but with each tone that was applied, I became increasingly disappointed. The stylist repeatedly told me that my hair would look the way I wanted after a few weeks of washing it. However, I believe most people go to a salon hoping to leave with the result they asked for—not to wait weeks for it to "get better." This was especially concerning because the way my hair was left created a very noticeable light band in the center of my head, which makes it look almost bald in that area, followed by darker hair below it—what I believe stylists refer to as "hot roots." So, a few weeks from now, when my darker natural hair grows in, I will have a dark/light/dark pattern that resembles a skunk, which is certainly not what I wanted. It also made me feel a bit gaslit when I was told it would somehow improve over time, despite the clear contrast. On top of that, while my hair was being bleached, the stylist asked if I was scared. I told her yes, because some parts of my hair were already bleached and I was worried about overlap. She replied, "me too," and laughed. I understand it may have been meant as a joke, but it felt unprofessional and was definitely in poor taste given the situation. I’ve spent over $300 on my hair before and have no problem doing so when the work is well done, but I left this appointment feeling disappointed and cheated. I truly believe as an experienced colorist she should have handled this more effectively, or simply told me she wouldn’t be able to do it.

I was greeted by an extremely kind and caring person at the front desk. I explained that I lived in the area and I was a new client. When I described the type of cut I was hoping for, Luz came to my aid quickly. She listened carefully, and she was able to cut my hair exactly as I had asked. Thank you, Luz. I am extremely happy with your professionalism and your talent as a stylist.

Carmen was Amazing! We had a bad experience at the barbershop so walked in to try the salon, she exceeded our expectations. My boy felt so comfortable and the result was exactly what he wanted.

Nury, did a great layer cut and coloring for my daughter’s hair! Her hair looks stunning!!! We loved the service Nury provided. She is very friendly and professional with her skills!! I highly recommend her for my friends and family.
