I can’t even begin to express the absolute horror of the experience I recently had at your Weston location. Going there was honestly one of the biggest mistakes I have ever made. I was flying to Colombia and had very noticeable roots, so I thought a quick root touch up wouldn’t hurt. I first called the salon I normally go to, but they couldn’t accommodate me last minute. Since I was already at the Town Center after getting my nails done, I decided to call your location to see if you could take me for a last minute root touch up. For context, I have been suffering from hair loss for over a year and a half. After a long, emotional journey and extensive research, I finally got my hair loss under control. I shared this very personal and sensitive information with the gentleman who helped me, even showing him the supplements I take, because I felt comfortable and trusted him. I specifically called for roots only, which you can likely confirm in your system. However, he insisted that the bottom of my hair was too light and convinced me he could match it to the root color. I clearly told him I wanted the exact same color I already had, but I trusted his judgment something I deeply regret. Once the dye was applied and washed out, I immediately noticed how dark my hair looked and asked what color he used. He reassured me that it only looked dark because it was wet. I waited patiently as he blow dried my hair, and that’s when I went into complete shock and disbelief. My hair was black. He eventually admitted that he wasn’t sure why my hair turned out so dark, yet continued to tell me that the color "looked good" on me, even trying to convince me to like it. I was visibly upset and in shock, but he continued insisting that the color was fine. My hair is extremely sensitive, and because of my hair loss issues, I am terrified to attempt any correction or lightening. We had an entire conversation prior to this about my genetics, my white hairs, and the fact that my hair cannot be dark and needs to be lightened very gradually. I left the salon in tears. I am genuinely traumatized by this experience. I can barely look at myself I look pale, my hair is far darker than anything I ever wanted, and I feel absolutely crushed and hopeless. I will never return to this location again!

I was not aware what the gift card intailed that my sister in law gave me. when I asked the receptionist if she needed the gift card she said no because she looked me up. The gift certificate was for a illuminating Facial for 148.00 and received a botanical facial for 98.00 which I found out later after getting the haircut which the 2nd lady told me I had a balance that I c ould use for the haircut, then she told me if I was going to give a tip to the guy who cut my hair which I responded yes, and I also saw an additional tip for 19.00 dollars to the person who gave me the facial after I had given her a 10.00 tip for a total that she received 29.00 tip. She did this so it could round out to 148.00 that my sister in law purchased the gift card for. Spoke to the MANAGER which gave me excuses with no results. NEVER WILL RETURN THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF.

My husband and I very much so enjoyed our experiences. The staff is wonderful. After my facial, my husband said my face was glowing and I felt so much more beautiful than I've felt. I went out feeling a sort of high you feel after great sex. Thanks!

If I could give this place for nails zero stars I would. I went to a butcher shop not a nail spa apparently. Please don’t get your nails done here. Or if you do please make sure it’s not the same lady that did this to me! I didn’t get her name but she has short curly hair. The only thing that saved them from me just walking out was this VERY KIND young lady Carolina she told her name was saved me and VERY softly and kindly tried her best and went out of her way to make me feel better. If I wasn’t for Carolina I would have walked out in the middle. Multiple times o told the First Lady she was hurting me. It seemed like she was in a rush to leave. And multiple times she cut me until she got to my thumb and she cut me so badly I cried and had to tell her to stop and that’s when Carolina was so kind to help me and finish my nails. Worst experience I’ve ever had getting my nails done somewhere.

Amazing experience! Jessica has a gift, she is the best hair stylist Ive ever had, hands down. I couldn’t recommend her enough.

I have been with Fabiola over 10 years and she always makes me happy every time I see her. You know your blond is good when it is not turning orange over time. it never takes her more than 3hrs( 3hrs and half) for my full highlights, ombré or balayage ( come with blow dry and cut) so it is a PLUS!!!!!!! highly recommended

I had an amazing experience at Applewoods. I came to get my highlights redone and a haircut, Toni did an amazing job. This has been the best hair place I’ve ever been to, and I can’t thank Toni, my hairdresser enough. You’re the absolute best thank you!
