I love Noreen at this salon. She stood her ground and wouldn't let me color treat my damaged hair for a year until is was back to being healthy. She is knowledgeable and caring. It's taken me forever to find the right stylist for my fine, thin hair. Prices are very reasonable and the salon is low key and comfortable .

Gina is always pleasant, a lot of fun & is really professional. I recommend this hair salon. It's been in business for many years. I have memories of going here for my hair appointments here over the years. I use to get my nails done there.

From the moment I made my appointment with Gina, my experience at the Salon On Walnut lake has been outstanding! I coined myself the "blond bombshell" since she nailed my dream color perfectly! The ladies at the front desk are helpful, Gina is easy to book appointments with in advance, and I love that I can grab a lip gloss or other products on my way out. I especially appreciate there is no snob factor. It is a neighborhood salon with big city talent! You won't be disappointed.

Gina, the owner gave the worst hair cut ever. Asked for trim, had shoulder length hair but got a very short layered unattractive cut. It was so bad had to get a wig then hair extensions. Had gone to her before and had a good haircuts but now I would never return. Think twice before going to Gina.

So awesome!! The stylists are amazing with color. I've switched my hair color at least 4 times and I love it every time!! Such a cool experience. They're great with modern hair styles and I love going back!

The guy that runs this place is horrible he is the rudest human being on earth. I would never go there again. Even walking in the door the first greeting was rude coming into the business not a warm welcome or even a Thank you for coming after spending your money with the company.

Great service and quality! Took a bit longer than I'm used to in other places (45 min), but they did a good job. Haircut was $25 (men's).
