I love Salon Alchemy! I was looking for beautiful color with dimension, but also wanting extensions and a style that I could easily replicate. (I know, alot!) Suzy checked all those boxes and then some! I loved my total experience in the salon with the whole team! Everyone was welcoming and fun to talk to creating this cohesive vibe that makes you want to hang out even when you're not getting your hair done! I left feeling more beautiful than ever and educated/equipped to be able to keep my hair looking amazing everyday. Thank you Suzy and team for a truly wonderful experience!

Suzy and staff are the best! She has been doing my hair for about 8 years now and I don’t trust anyone else. She has created the chillest and coolest vibe. The shampoo room is so relaxing. And I think her prices are very reasonable.

I have had two appointments with Suzy so far. She has been wonderful, and I have already learned so much from her! I have fine hair and it is difficult to maintain volume. She advised me to use texture spray or powder at my roots after wash and blowout, and to use dry shampoo on day two to help maintain volume. My hair has stayed fluffy instead of laying flat, and it’s a game changer! Always great customer service, and a great environment!

I had an AWFUL experience at this salon, I’m still in shock of what happened to me! I don’t want to share the entire story, I don’t feel it’s necessary. However, I feel individuals need to know part of my story, perhaps I will save someone from having the same experience. My stylist ordered extensions for me, I gave her 625.00. Then, she decided not to put in, kept my money and gave me the hair. I told the owner about this experience, she said would talk to stylist and see how to get my money back and return the extensions. (The box was never opened) The owner ended up texting my husband all the details, I was to not contact the stylist. The extensions were returned and the owner put 385.63 into my cash app, she said SHE WOULD MAKE UP THE DIFFERENCE. Well, she did not refund the balance, instead she said she didn’t have the funds and there are no refunds. The owner also used my health (I had been in and out of hospital/ doctors/sick at home) as a reason why she didn’t have to pay me. She also said I broke a little table and used that as an excuse not to pay me. The day the table fell over, my husband went to the store and fixed the piece that broke on table, the stylist was there the entire time, she didn’t say anything bad, she definitely didn’t say I need to pay for the little piece that fell off table. I have NEVER been paid back the balance, I sent a certified letter saying I would be taking her to small claims court if she didn’t pay me back, I heard nothing. It’s been months now, I am no longer waiting on court, I have all the documents ready to make my case. I cannot believe the owner told me she would pay the balance, and then cut me off, that is not how things should be handled by an owner. By the way, the owner looked me straight in the eyes and said I would never be penalized for being sick, yet she used my illnesses as a reason not to pay me back. I am adding new information towards my review, unfortunately, I had to take the owner to small claims court, the court awarded in my favor. After 31 days from trial, I received a check from the owner of Salon Alchemy, I was grateful this nightmare had ended. Unfortunately, the payment was from a CLOSED BANK ACCOUNT, my bank notified me immediately about the bad check. I am in disbelief of this entire situation, I know the legal authorities will take proper action to do the right thing. This nightmare started in January, it’s almost Thanksgiving and I still haven’t been compensated for what’s owed. BE CAREFUL WITH YOUR MONEY, YOU NEVER KNOW WHO WILL SCAM YOU!!!

Suzy is the BEST!! I have been seeing her for over 6 years and follow her everywhere she goes! She takes the time to listen to what I want done with my hair. She is honest about the process and won’t sacrifice my hair’s quality just to get it to match the Pinterest photo. I love that she is passionate about her craft and continues to learn more about it. She is super friendly and amazingly patient with my son who has a hard time sitting still in the chair. He loves going to see Miss Suzy!!

MANY HORRIFIC EXPERIENCES OCCURRED AT THIS SALON, I AM IN SHOCK ABOUT THE OWNERS ACTIONS TOWARDS A SERIOUS MATTER! MAKING A LONG STORY SHORT, MY WIFE AND I HAD TO TAKE THE OWNER TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT, MY WIFE WON HER CASE, WE WERE GLAD THIS NIGHTMARE WAS BEHIND US! UNFORTUNATELY, THE OWNER PAID MY WIFE WITH A BANK ACCOUNT THAT DID NOT EXIST, THE ACCOUNT WAS CLOSED, OUR BANK NOTIFIED US ABOUT THE FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY!!! NOW, MY WIFE AND I HAVE TO SEEK LEGAL ACTIONS IN ORDER TO GET WHAT IS OWED, THIS IS THE LAST THING WE WANT TO DO DURING THE HOLIDAYS! BY THE WAY, THE INCIDENT BEGAN IN JAN 2025, THE "PAYMENT" WAS DELIVERED ON NOVEMBER 12, 2025! MY WIFE AND I ARE STUNNED THAT AN OWNER OF BUSINESS COULD DO THESE ACTIONS, WE ARE NOT VENGEFUL PEOPLE, WE TRUST THAT THINGS WILL WORK OUT THE WAY THEY SHOULD.

One of the best parts of getting your hair done is having your hair washed. Now, imagine having that done for 75 minutes!!! I so enjoyed the scalp detox I received today, it was like a facial but for my scalp and hair. It was one of the most relaxing experiences I’ve had, plus my hair looks, smells, and feels absolutely incredible. Treat yourself and get a scalp detox!!!
