Hair 360

I have been going to this salon for almost a year. In my first encounter, I had a really bad haircut (not there) and came to Hair360 for someone to fix it. Rebecca was so incredibly sweet, and gracious, took me as a walk-in, fixed my terrible haircut and generously did it without payment. My other two encounters have been with Logan, and he is a very genuine, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic stylist. I have commented to my friends that his haircuts have been the best I’ve ever had. I will definitely continue going to this salon and recommend it friends and family.

Amazing service! The ease of scheduling an appointment on the day and time I need plus great customer service has me returning for all of my haircare needs. I went in with an idea of what I wanted (cut, color, keratin treatment) and I came out with awesome hair! Jordan was very gentle, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to when explaining what I had in mind. She's the Stylist with the magic touch and soothingly soft fingers!👍

I went in today to see Michelle for a japanese straight perm and some layering. I naturally have 3B curls and I think she absolutely killed it! I feel so confident with my new hair. This places goes above and beyond 🩵

The place is immaculate and welcoming. It is a nice quiet place. No annoying music playing. The stylists are friendly but not intrusive. I just like to sit quietly as I get my hair done and Sherry respects that. So nice!!!!

Today, I had a Japanese Hair Straightening appointment. As someone who probably hasn't gotten her hair done in year(s), I was very nervous but my hair was super curly, hard to manage and needed a change. I always loved straightening my hair, but had been wearing my hair naturally for the last few years. My appointment was at 10 AM , as soon as they opened. My stylist, Michelle, was on time. Before my appointment day I had a consultation with her to go over what to expect, pricing, aftercare, etc etc. So I was aware of the procedure before sitting down today. All the staff members were super friendly, the place was very clean, and - at the time of my appointment- there wasn't many customer at this time- which i can appreciate! The process was long; however, Michelle was swift, thorough and informational during my treatment. It felt like my own personal spa day! After my session was complete and my hair was looking gorg, we went over products. I have very sensitive skin, so a lot of products can cause me irritation. Michelle recommended some great products for me with my allergies in consideration. I am a very satisfied customer. If youre thinking of getting this treatment, I highly recommend this shop! Absolutely thrilled I found this place. The stylists were super friendly, stayed late to get me settled up and I absolutely love my blonde. I booked last minute, have pretty treated hair and was accommodated the entire time! 10/10 experience support local small businesses!

It was the perfect experience, it wasn’t busy or loud and my hairdresser made sure to explain all the options that were available to achieve the look that I wanted and checked in with me every step of the way. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
