I been coming here since I was 16 I believe. Mother and daughter both is amazing beauty work.

Terrible experience. I requested a duby wrap which she told me she couldn't do on natural hair ( however it can be done on natural). So she offered a flat iron and curl. She didn't put any serum or product to help keep the style in my hair and proceeded to 'flat iron'. I have done a better job on my own and went home to correct it. I paid 65 for a service very poorly done and when I expressed my dissatisfaction the blame was placed on me because it was what I asked for. Although she offered to re-do the style, when I returned she quoted me an additional 20 for what I was looking for because the style she did last time isn't going to get my hair as straight or last. I know for a fact if done correctly a flat iron style will last. I don't believe this owner is fair in charging a customer extra when her previous job was very poor and you tell me that the service requested won't give the look I desired. She didn't display integrity in this situation. I don't recommend this salon because of the lack of courtesy and integrity and not a modern skilled stylist.

I found Sontita at the last minute and my hair has not flowed like that in a while. I wasn't aware it had even grown that much. I would love another appointment, but she stay busy.

I have been coming to this salon for years.... they always take such good care of my needs. Very sweet and gentle. Always has me in and out looking and feeling AMAZING!

Call Ms. Sontita for the best hair wash you've ever had along with great hair styling and a wonderful personality. Her daughter Shontia also makes for a great chair for kids, guys and gals wanting braids, locs and more. I just love this duo. By the way, I'm from norfolk so anyone in the the area of virginia it's worth a travel for me. Every two weeks! I'm there😉

This place is friendly and has a nice calm atmosphere. They will do what's best for your hair and make you fly🤣 Shontia hooked me up and I will remain a regular!
