Fabulouscity Beauty Salon

Ok, this was the first time having my wig installed at this hair salon. Victoria did an excellent job from start to finish. She is a super sweetheart with gifted hands. A calm a relaxed atmosphere. Her prices are very reasonable. I love my lacefront wig bob. I already made an appointment for my next wig install.

DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON IF YOU WANT COLORED HAIR. So I just went to the shop yesterday and spent about five hours in the salon only to leave about ready to cry! I sent Victoria pictures earlier in the week of the color I wanted on my hair as well as a picture of my current hair color. She texted me back and said "we got you". So when I went into my appointment on Saturday I was expecting to get what I asked for. I went in asking for a purple violet color and ended up getting a nasty reddish brown. She did not lift the color on my current hair properly and was not knowledgeable and how long she should keep the products in my hair. Coloring hair is not just simply throwing dye on and hoping for the best. It’s an actual chemical process that salon artists need to be knowledgeable on. Telling somebody that you can give them the hair color that they are desiring but you were really "just winging" it is not acceptable at a professional salon.. The ladies at the salon were very nice and continue to asked me if I was OK. Their customer service is not the issue, the issue is that they are not knowledgeable on how to lift or alter pre existing hair color and I basically felt like a guinea pig where they just threw color on and was like let’s see what happens. If they were not 100% sure that they could give me the hair color I was asking for they should’ve kindly told me that is not something we can could do. When a woman goes to a salon she wants to leave feeling confident and beautiful. I left feeling so disappointed 😔

Ms. Victoria (the owner) deserves her flowers. She is not only a highly skilled professional, but she has kind and caring spirit. I would highly recommend this salon 10/10!

Vicki and Nancy are not just professionals, they also make you feel like family! The spirit in the shop is Amazing! So grateful I found them! Nancy’s braiding is superior!! Fast and meticulously done! 5 stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Laveria, was excellent and patient with me because I had a lot of questions and explained every step of the process with me, with my quick weave, even took the time to go to the beauty supply store to help me select some hair, I am new to the area being stationed here with the Navy and because of Fabulous City hair Salon, I have found my new hair salon home.

I was in desperate need of a good shampoo this afternoon so I decided to walk in to this salon. I was greeted by "Nancy" and she was so kind. She shampooed my hair and she did such a wonderful job. Because I have so much hair a lot of times people don’t throughly get it cleaned, but Nancy definitely got my hair and scalp cleaned! I’ll definitely be returning for her to shampoo my hair when I don’t feel up to it. Thank you Ms. Nancy, you saved me a lot of time today helping with my hair.
