Rena did an amazing job by styling my hair and it was my first time coloring my hair. She did an amazing job. She is best at her work and gives you the best judgement and look that suits you. Love her work and I highly recommend you to visit her and get your hair and other services done.

I really wanted to love this salon, but after my experience, I absolutely would not return. I came in for a bleach root touch-up around Thanksgiving, and the supervisor was the one doing my hair. While working on the last section, she whipped bleach directly into my eye. It was clear she was rushing. When I immediately told her bleach got into my eye and that I needed to rinse it out and remove my contact lens, she brushed it off and said it "didn’t really matter" and wanted me to continue sitting there. With bleach in my eye and a contact lens in, she showed zero concern. I had to get up and rinse my eye myself. Another worker stepped in to help me and even said that first aid should have been provided, questioning why the manager/supervisor wasn’t handling it. I was then asked to fill out an incident report while leaving with one eye open, in pain. To make it worse, the final hair color was not even what I asked for. They made me pay in full I didn’t even complain & My eye burned for days afterward. I couldn’t wear my contacts and couldn’t even be in the sun without discomfort. Accidents can happen -but the lack of urgency, care, and professionalism afterward is what’s unacceptable. Bleach is a chemical. Getting it in someone’s eye is serious, and the gaslit response I received was alarming. For a high-end salon, I expected far better safety standards and concern for a client’s well-being.

Thank you, thank you, thank you to Marissa for fixing a horrible haircut for me this Sunday and for taking the time to really talk about the process of lightening my hair, and why I shouldn't be afraid to do it to get the colour that I really wanted. After she did an absolutely amazing job on my cut Sunday (I was literally crying the day before because of how bad my bangs were, I thought I was cooked!) I was comfortable enough to book a colour appointment for Monday... I really want to leave a shout out to everyone that helped me on Monday. Marissa, your patience with me is unparalleled. I know Ellie watched over my final 'colour shift' and another woman helped rinse me out as well! I really appreciate the whole team, I'm sure my hair taking too long did more to their work-flow for the day than I could see. I was definitely in the salon for too long but that was entirely due to my inexperience with dying hair, my inability to totally picture something on my head, mixed with a lack of understanding of what certain things fully entailed. In short, it took a while to get me to a colour that I was happy with and I fully appreciate that Marissa made sure I walked out happy. It was literally her saying something like no matter what you can say you don't like it and we'll change it after she rinsed me out the first time after hours of work and yea, that first round was definitely not it, and yea, I really did feel awful because it was my fault for not understanding what the balayage would look like with the ginger, and if it wasn't for her insisting gently that we could change it beforehand, I would have probably said it was good and left with hair I didn't love. But Marissa made me feel comfortable enough for me to admit I messed up, she darkened my hair a bit, and now instead of a bright golden orange, I have a fiery ginger that pops in the light! Also, after all the lightening and dying and whatever magic is in the colour shift goo - my hair feels great! All-in-all, I'm super happy with the service, skill, and general vibes of this salon and am very thankful to Marissa for her excellent work! Give that girl a raise! 😉

It took me forever to find someone who could get my blonde hair perfect. Marissa has been doing my hair for 2 years now, and she truly has an eye and a gift for what she does. I always trust that she’s going to make my hair look amazing. I can even bring my baby with me, and everyone in the shop is so loving and understanding. Thank you, Marissa! 💛✨

i got a full highlight from marissa and she is so talented. my hair is bright, blonde, healthy and beautiful! i can’t thank her enough. cianna cut my hair and gave my hair so much movement with layering! my hair is feels stronger, easier to style and not as dry. thank u talented ladies, i feel so confident and i can’t wait to book again 💖💖💖

Rena did an amazing job on my cut and color. I have been dying my hair at home for the past two years and it was way too dark. She did a color correction and a new color so I’m truly a golden brunette now instead of black hair. Also, she maintained the integrity of my hair and it feels so healthy even with the color corrector. The cut looks stunning as well. I am so happy and it was well worth it!! Highly recommend!

This salon took the client before me 45 minutes late and had me wait an hour. If you arrive 45 minutes late, you have missed your appointment. Not sure why the client was taken instead of rescheduled. Also not sure why the squeezed in another quick client between the late client and me. Not sure why I paid full price. Am sure that was bad customer service.
