I want to begin this review by saying this was my first time receiving hair services beyond a simple haircut. I took a chance on Beauty Mark Hair Salon after reading so many great reviews. I wanted a blonde balayage but was extremely nervous. Upon entering the salon, I was greeted with such kindness that it immediately put me at ease. Rosalie and I discussed what I wanted the finished product to look like, and she got to work right away. Throughout the process, I felt excited and refreshed. While waiting in the chair, I also noticed how kind the other stylists were to their clients—a truly friendly environment! When my hair was done, I was shocked by the results. It looked exactly like the photos I shared, only better. I felt confident, empowered, and revived. Such an unforgettable experience. Thank you so much to Rosalie and her whole team for turning something scary into an experience I would recommend to anyone considering this salon. Absolutely the best!

I started seeing Rosalie about two years ago after my original hairstylist broke her hand. My first appointment was just to get my hair done for an upcoming vacation, and Rosalie was so kind and accommodating — she even offered to write down everything needed so my original stylist could maintain the look afterward. But after seeing the results, I knew I had found my new stylist. Rosalie truly listens to what you want with both color and cut. She also gives her honest, professional opinion, which I really appreciate. Instead of just doing whatever you ask, she takes the time to explain what will actually look good and be healthy for your hair — like a trusted girlfriend who wants you to look your best. It’s refreshing. Since then, I’ve become a regular client because she continually goes above and beyond. She has squeezed me in last minute for engagement photos and worked with my schedule anytime I had an important event. My hair has looked and felt amazing after every single appointment, and I’ve loved every transformation — especially my blonde look with extensions for my engagement photos. Rosalie is also incredibly realistic and knowledgeable about color, especially blonde. She never gives false hope or unrealistic expectations. She explains what’s achievable ahead of time so you know exactly what to expect. When we discovered leftover red pigment ("wine stains") from a previous stylist, I panicked — but she stayed confident, worked carefully, and still achieved the look I had dreamed about for years, all while keeping my hair healthy. I couldn’t recommend Rosalie or this salon more. The service, honesty, skill, and care she puts into her work is truly unmatched. If you’re looking for a stylist who genuinely cares about both your hair and your confidence, go see Rosalie — you won’t be disappointed.

You’ve got to go see Rosalie for an incredible hair experience! The color and cut turned out exactly like the inspiration photo I showed her! The salon was clean, the atmosphere was relaxing, and I’ve already booked my next appointment. Every stylist there is very welcoming and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

My 13 year old daughter wanted a big chop and bangs. She is extremely introverted and gets uncomfortable easily and her long term hairdresser moved up north so we were overjoyed to find the wonderful Alondra. Sensing my daughter’s anxiety she very soothingly filled the silence without asking her lots of questions and soon she was smiling and nodding along. Her hair was extremely long and thick, Alondra did an amazing job of adding layers to make it so much lighter and showing my daughter how to train her bangs. For the first time ever she left the hairdressers happy with the entire experience. We have booked Alondra again for her sister, update to follow! Highly recommend!

I've been coming to Beauty Mark salon for years, specifically seeing the stylist and owner, Rosalie Flores. Rosalie is a master at color - I am a natural brunette and she has kept me the perfect blonde for years, her blending and attention to detail are top tier. Customer service is always friendly, on point, and punctual. She takes her time with each consultation ensuring I receive exactly what I request. Excellent communication and product knowledge - every experience is confidence boosting and I leave feeling renewed each and every time.

This salon is the best. I tried so hard to find a place that actually listened to what I wanted and gave me honest feedback. Rosalie is so talented, but also so kind. Everyone there is very nice and accommodating. I bring my picky teenage daughter here as well as my elderly mom and of course for my own hair. Thanks Rosalie! I also go to this salon for my facials and waxing and OMG! This place has it all!
