Hair on Earth

I recently moved from a large city and have not been able to find a hair stylist in my new home of very small Valdosta, despite a couple of attempts. So, my husband suggested we try Tallahassee- it's a little bit of a drive, but to see Jenna at Hair on Earth, I'd drive twice as far. I was initially coming in to get my platinum blonde bob refreshed with a bleach and tone and a trim. However, family and friends convinced me to try for a "lived in blonde" with a shadowroot and a hair cut. Jenna did an amazing job. I've had platinum hair for about 10 years and this process was fascinating. I had a lot of confidence in Jenna and she delivered. My hair cut also looks so much better. I told her to do what she thought was best and I'm so happy I did. She removed useless layers from the back and framed my face nicely. I didn't mind losing length, so she cut off about an inch to get my hair back to healthy and beautiful. Jenna is definitely my new hair stylist and well worth the drive from Valdosta. Also, she is so nice and fun to talk to, she put me at ease and I had a great time with an amazing ending for my hair. Thanks Jenna!!!

I love it! I got an undercut and a dye job to get my hair pink and it was wonderful, definitely the best experience I've had at a salon. The stylist (I believe her name was Madeline) did so well. The hair cut was about four hours and I paid $350, which is a bit on the pricy side, but worth it in my opinion, as I got exactly what I wanted, whereas other times I've paid good money and gotten subpar results in return.They also have snacks 🙂 and the music is fire

I had such a great experience at Hair on Earth! Gabi was absolutely amazing, she was so kind, patient, and took her time to make sure everything looked perfect. I only needed a small cleanup/trim, and she really listened to what I wanted. The service was excellent, and you can tell she truly cares about her clients. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

This is the second time I've gone and seen Margo and she's done an amazing job both times. I got a cut and color for about $450 and it was worth every penny. My hair takes a long time to do and was super grown out but she took my vision and gave me the most perfect shade of purple. I drove all the way down from Georgia. Definitely recommend!

I’ve been going to Hair on Earth for a while and have never had anything other than a wonderful experience. The space is always welcoming, the staff is helpful, and it’s always a comfortable place to be. As someone who doesn’t often spend money on things like my hair, it’s always a treat to come in and be taken care of like the Hair on Earth team does. I’ve seen a few stylists over the years but recently have been with Margo who is such a talented stylist. I always feel confident giving her creative liberties and know she is great at what she does! Her work with colors both vivid and naturals are spectacular and I love seeing her. Cannot recommend enough!

I’ve been going to Hair on earth for over two years now. Always greeted by sweet smiling faces offering water or soft drinks. Lestat is my stylist and is always a joy to be around. Aside from his cheerfulness, he does a super job cut and color and anything else I ask of him. Anyone looking for a new stylist I would recommend him. It may take a while to get in for an appointment but well worth the weight. Donna Cavanaugh

Due to me not picking up my phone when I saw a number I didn't know dialing, I missed a call from the salon informing me that my appointment was moved 30 mins after its original time. The owner was so sweet when I got there for my appointment and even went the extra mile to offer to buy me an iced coffee or açaí bowl for my wait. I’ve never been so happy to wait for a postponed appointment!
