I would like to start this review by saying that the salon itself is beautiful and the customer service was great. Everyone was welcoming and kind, and it was very easy to schedule an appointment. I was hesitant about whether or not I wanted to write a review about my experience for a while. However, this is where my concern lies. I scheduled an appointment for a sew-in, and the service took a total of five hours to complete. I have never had a sew-in take that long. At one point, I almost asked the stylist to stop the service altogether. I do not believe the stylist was adequately skilled or prepared to complete a sew-in. The braid-down alone took over an hour. If she was not experienced with this service, I believe I should have been informed upon arrival so that I could make an informed decision. In addition to the excessive time, my bundles were cut. While I understand that some track cutting may be necessary near the top, my bundles were significantly altered. They were expensive, and I now consider them unusable for future installs. I hope this review reaches the appropriate person so that steps can be taken to ensure a better experience and outcome for future clients.

My silk presses usually lasts a month when my former cosmetologist use to do my hair. Sadly, he moved to Atlanta. The silk press I received only lasted a week with wrapping it nightly. I also had to continue to put body in it as it started laying straight after the first day. I usually never have to add heat again until the 3rd week of my silk press. I paid $185, so I’m very disappointed. It was a professional environment and everyone was nice, but it wasn’t a good job done on my hair. I wasn’t excited and felt like my hair actually looked good after my silk press. My honest review. I added the picture from the 2nd day of my silk press. I didn’t receive the pictures she took of me at the end of my appointment.

Mariah has the touch of God!! After a bad experience with some hairstylists in Tally, the consultation she gave was wonderful and helpful. She’s straightforward, honest, and truly knows what she’s talking about. She’s also so easy to strike a conversation with, which made the whole experience even more comfortable. I initially came in for two-strand twists, but she informed me it wouldn’t be best due to some damage in my hair. I will forever appreciate how upfront and honest she was compared to other stylists. She was open and flexible with her services, and now I have a beautiful flexi rod style. The shop itself is wonderful as well it’s welcoming, calming, and makes you feel like part of a family.
