I recently visited Chémel and was thoroughly impressed! The service was exceptional, and Natasha truly stood out. She worked magic on my hair, and I'm absolutely delighted with the results. I highly recommend Natasha - she's got the skills to deliver! The staff were friendly, making Chémel my new go-to destination! I will be back.

Alisha is amaaaazzziinng with color correction! When I came in over a year and a half ago I had a terrible box dye red (I'm a natural blonde) that I was desperate to get rid of and get back to a natural color that I could be able to live in without much maintenance. To say Alisha delivered is an understatement! In one visit she was able to make my hair color look intentional, and as we worked it lighter and lighter over time my hair grew in happy and healthy too. I'm so glad I was able to trust her to get me back to feeling more like myself, I have a lot of apprehension with new stylists, but this is the best I've felt about my hair in a looooong time!

My time at Che'mel feels like home. I always look forward to having my hair done, not just because I get a refreshed look but because I love catching up with Ashley and Mel and everyone else. 🌸💗

My stylist Amanda is knowledgeable on thin hair. She's personable, and takes time to find out what I'm looking to achieve in my cut and/or color.

I have been going to this salon for 3 years now and each time they do so well! Every lady that works there is extremely kind and nice!

The communication with the entire team is consistently excellent, and Amber is absolutely amazing in every way! I always feel completely at ease and well cared for when I'm in her chair. During my last visit, I also had the pleasure of working with Natasha, and she was just as wonderful. I truly can't say enough great things about both of them!

I visited Chémel Salon and left disappointed. They ignored my requested hairstyle and the haircut damaged my hair. The person that did the haircut was Mackenzie, she was a sweet person but definitely doesn’t know what she is doing. I had to seek correction elsewhere. Clients should be able to trust that a salon can handle various hair textures and styles proficiently, which was clearly not the case here. Overall, an unsatisfactory experience. Would not recommend. Proceed with caution if you decide to visit this establishment.
