Shannon is amazing. I’ve been going to her for a few years and she does such a great job. Plus, she’s an amazing person. So sweet and fun. I have thick curly hair and it’s great having someone who knows how to cut and style that kind of hair also.

As a classical musician I was already sold on this place because of the name lol ¯_(ツ)_/¯ All jokes aside though this salon is fantastic! As a person that also has mixed textured hair it’s hard to find someone, especially new, I can trust with my long hair but Patricia absolutely nailed it. She did a wonderful job and totally made me feel beautiful. Highly recommend. The salon itself is professional and in a great location. The inside is spacious and lit extremely well since there’re a ton on big windows that also makes the place feel very open.

I've recently moved to the Tacoma area from Hawaii. I had the best care from the salon I had gone to for 10 years there. I was very nervous about finding a new salon here that could give me the same quality and experience as my salon in Honolulu. I went to a couple salons here in Tacoma that claim themselves to be high end. In my opinion they have no clue what high end means. It's continuing education, experienced customer service, experience working at different levels of salons and self assurance of how good you really are. I was starting to feel that I was never going to find a salon that would offer all these things until I found Baroque Salon. I was searching the internet and found them. Their website is wonderful because each stylist has a bio detailing their experiences. I read through many of them and came up Adee. Her experience is vast, I contacted her and she quickly got back to me. I have been seeing her now for over 3 months and couldn't be more satisfied with her. I'm so happy that I've found her that even my husband is going to her. Update: Shortly after I had been seeing Adee I decided to let her do the technique baliage on my color. Remember the saying, "that a picture speaks a thousand words"?? Well take a look at these pics below!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So needless to say I stopped going to that salon and began looking for a new salon in the area we had just moved to. I have to say that my greatest fear was to move away from Hawaii to a place that says, "oh yes we have the best"! and they are definitely NOT!

I have been having great experiences with Shannon for brazilian hair straightening. Always comes out super smooth. It lasts longer (6-9 months) than other ones I have had in the past. She has also given me great haircuts and balayage. Would definitely recommend!

I saw Shannon at Baroque salon to dye My hair and I am so so so happy with the results. Never in my life has my hair looked so amazing. She really took her time to make it look beautiful and I couldn’t be happier. Shannon at Baroque will definitely be my new hair dresser! She’s friendly and so talented. I love going to see Jill for my haircut. All the work she has done for me over the years and its always be thoughtful, and beautiful. I have course, curly, wavy hair and so does she, so she understands how to cut my hair better than most stylists. I can only encourage people to make an appointment with her to find the stylist you have always wanted. Prices are reasonable and worth the service. Nive area but a little hard to find parking sometimes so give yourself an extra 10 minutes. St. Helens has many great places to check out in the area as well.
