I’m specifically giving a five star rating because of Keliana. Every time she does my hair it’s absolutely perfect. She makes you feel comfortable with letting her know you want something tweaked in what she’s doing. She deserves all the respect and recognition she gets. She’s absolutely stellar at razor cuts, vivids, and textured hair styling. Her hands are also so gentle when it comes to shampooing. I wish I could sit at that bowl for hours.

Casey is the absolute best! She is attentive, has a great personality, and is very talented. My hair was extremely damaged, and she made me feel pretty again!

Had the best salon experience of my life yesterday! Keliana was fantastic. She was very friendly and super easy to work with. I had a vision for my hair, and she did amazing! She was communicative the whole time, and she seemed genuinely excited for me and the new look. My hair has never looked better! I will definitely be returning to Keliana for future services 🙂

I had my appointment canceled 1 hour prior to my appointment with only a text message notification after I already had left work early and started my commute to my appointment. Totally unprofessional. My appointment was for a curly cut with Casey. I had already paid for my appointment as well. I will not be rebooking. Salons should be held accountable for canceling last minute as I’m sure I would have been charged had it been me canceling an hour prior to my appointment. She doesn’t hold herself to her own cancelation/late/reschedule policy that she holds herself clients to. Reached out about a refund and got no response.

Over the years I have found it very hard to find the stylist that can blend the highlights I want in my hair with such exactness. It matches my skin tone and I don't have to come in so often for maintenance since the root area blends well with the remainder of the highlights. Lisa Kelly is skilled at her profession and was incredibly courteous. I wouldn't hesitate too long to book with her because I can see her being one of those stylist that's booked out for weeks.

Loved my experience with Marci. Very pleasant, knowledgeable hairdresser/cosmetologist. Professional and attentive. From the first 5 minutes I was able to relax with confidence "I’m in good hands". My hair is long and I’m very particular about how it looks. She blended my highlights into natural look. Very satisfying experience. Book with her, you won’t regret it!

Horrible service!! Keliana is unreliable. I had an appointment on the 12/31 which she canceled and contacted me to reschedule for today 1/1/2026. Suprise she was a no show!! This salon sucks! Don't book here!
