Anna delivered great customer service. My son has autism and Anna is always helping me with my son’s haircut. She is knowledgeable and she is very respectful. K Hair Salon is autism friendly environment and great hairstylist.

Absolutely love my curl perm! The stylist Grace was professional, attentive, and really listened to what I wanted. My curls came out beautiful and perfectly shaped. The whole experience was relaxing and I highly recommend her to anyone else looking for a hair stylist.

I have my hair perms in this shop for over 20 years. The owner Anna is truly a stylist who can transform you to a bright and beautiful one.

I am usually very easy person. As long as it’s layer, i will be fine. When i came i show him the picture that i wish my hair to look like. As i observed him through the mirror, the way he use the tools, i dont think he knows what he is doing. If he told me upfront that he couldn’t do it, i will just walk out. My hair came out nothing look like the picture, plus one side is longer than other side and more layer. He didn’t even cut the front hair to the point i had to remind him. Very disappointed.

Do not let the guy do magic straightening perm. My 15 yr old daughter went in to get a magic perm, stayed there for about 6 hrs. When everything was done, I noticed it didn't have that silky shininess, he downplayed it. When she washed her hair two days later, it looked totally fried. There was a weird dent mark on back of her hair too, that's not going away. I can't believe a salon could mess up this bad. What's worse is that he made it sound like he did us a favor by taking so much time, saying he couldn't receive other clients, gave her a hair treatment...when he was the one who messed up her hair and was trying to do damage control.

I’m extremely disappointed and upset. I brought my daughter in for a haircut and clearly asked for a shoulder-length cut with bangs. I even showed multiple reference photos to make sure there was no confusion. Despite that, the older guy (stylist/hairdresser) did the complete opposite! He cut her hair much shorter and added heavy layers on the back of her head that were never requested. It looks nothing like the style we discussed. It honestly resembles a wolf cut, which is not what we asked for at all. When I confronted him about it, he claimed I had asked for layers, which is simply untrue and incredibly frustrating. I even asked another employee at the salon if my daughter’s haircut looked like the photo, and she couldn’t say anything, just muttered something in Korean, clearly uncomfortable. My daughter is a teenager, and her long hair meant a lot to her. Her appearance matters to her, and this experience was deeply upsetting. I will never return to this salon, and I absolutely do not recommend it. Just awful.

I’ve been going to Anna to have my haircut for over 20 years. Everyone here is friendly and the salon is clean. Anna does a great job styling my hair for whatever I request. I always get my hair shampooed and washed after my haircut and it feels great! I’ll definitely be back again!
