Hair Studio in Suwanee(Former PSC Hair Studio By 박승철헤어스투디오)

I didn’t want to give a bad review because the lady who did my hair (the owner michelle) was very nice, but she did a terrible job on my hair. At first I thought she knew what she was doing but towards the end, I could tell she was becoming lazy and did not want to properly treat my hair. Then she continued to stain my hair with purple shampoo (which I paid her $90 just for the purple shampoo + 80 for the horrible bleach). She tried to tell me it’s fine and that it’ll wash away in two weeks but as you can see in the last photo, the more I wash the more yellow and uneven my hair got. Anyway, please don’t come here if you want to get your hair bleached because they have no idea what they are doing! 🙂

The same thing happened to me. They initially quoted $90 for hair touch up, but ended up charging me $180. Here is the situation, she asked me if i want to touch up only top for $90 or whole hair color for $180, then i said just $90 touch up. but after she applied the color on my hair, the hairdresser tell the other hairdresser to translate & tell me my hair is $180. I was like, you checked my hair when you quoted me…..why you changed the price after coloring, you could just tell me my hair cost $180 at first. Anyway, the price wasn't the main problem, I think she put bleach to my coloring when I said I do not want bleach, cuz i can feel my hair really pain when she applied the color on. and last, I paid an extra $45 to have 2 inches trimmed off the ends, but she spent 5 minutes cutting half an inch instead of the 2 inches that I asked for….. not a good experience

I got my first perm done here and I love the results! Didnt know what to ask for but I just showed them pictures for references of what Id like to do and the results came out great! Id definitely come back!

This is my second time going to this salon and seeing Anna! She gave me exactly what I wanted without damaging my hair. She also listened to my wishes in not cutting off too much hair in order to add color.

Update on 11/11/24 Came here for a quick hair cut and once again exceptional experience… Yeji Lee is a superb hairstylist. 10/10 Updated : 5 stars. Anna did a great job. Would recommend again. 💯 Original review: I came here trying to get a decent haircut since most places that I’ve been to always give me the worst haircuts… I had my hair pretty long and to be honest I wasn’t expecting much. I left with a big smile on my face. I forgot the lady’s name whom cut my hair I wish I remember so I can give her proper credit. She did an amazing job. I would come back again to get it trim from time to time. 5/5. I’m a male by the way lol.

They charged more than what they had quoted on the phone and it took too long for a simple hair length cutting and trimming, even we had an appointment for my daughter. It took almost 1 hour and 20 min. They took care of other customers hair in between leaving us waiting. 3 different people touched her hair. I don't mind paying 50 bucks for haircutting, but I would expect a full service and full attention instead of leftover minutes between other customers. It was a simple hair cutting/trim, not a 5 hour long magic perm. It really made us upset...I wouldn't recommend.. .👎

The staff here were extremely friendly and accomodating, but my hair came out looking a bit old fashioned. For context, I'm a Korean guy and I like my hair a bit on the longer side. I asked for a two block cut and requested that they just trim it a bit. They went a little too overboard though and cut off a good two month's worth of growth. I'm not saying it necessarily looks too bad, but it's something you'd more likely see on a 30 year old businessman than a 19 year old college student. I'm sure it'll grow out soon enough, but I was just a little disappointed.
