Went into the store for the first time to get a curling iron. They have a great selection, I love that the styling tools are out of the package so you can look at them and feel them. I got a great product at a good price. Very happy.

Been to this location a few times and the service is always just okay, went in for a return today and Cassandra helped me, she was wonderful. Very cheerful, actually engaged in a bit of friendly conversation. I was only in there not even 5 minutes but this short interaction with her was lovely. 5 stars for Cassandra.

Stephanie did my make up on 12/14 and she was AMAZING!! I got my make up done for a holiday party and she was just so fun. We talked about skin care, walked me through what she was doing and we were just yapping about life. Out of all the times I’ve gotten my make up done this was the most fun! She helped me with some products and help me pick out some lashes as well. My make up looked so great and lasted all night! I will be going to see Stephanie again!

This was the best ulta I've been to. I got help right away and got my questions answered and was helped by Baine. She was great and knowledgeable in the products I was interested in. Made my purchases and I was on my way. Thanks for being so great.

They have a lot of stuff to buy that I want. I got here or my platinum blonde hair to be done and browse for other things. I buy recommended hair stuff though to get great healthy hair and it pays off. Great stylist here!

Had a terrible color experience with Lizzie. She colored only part of my roots black and not brown as I asked. Left with grays which is what I was specifically trying to color. She also couldn’t perform a simple blowout - worst blowout and my hair was still wet (WET!) even after she putzed around for 40 minutes - she kept accidentally turning off the dryer and I had to redo my hair when I got home. She needs better training and also to stay out of work drama. I would never go back to her or recommend her for even the simplest color and blowout. Worst experience I have ever had at a salon. Only giving 2 stars as the other staff were so nice - 5 stars for them and -3 stars for Lizzie. Use another stylist!

Only went to this location once, it was hard getting help from the staff. Maybe they were doing inventory or something. I wouldn't like caution anyone else against going, it could've just been an off day for the staff? It was uncomfortable. I ended up ordering online later. It doesn't put me off the company, but I just go to the one off Happy Valley now, cause they are equidistant from my house. I haven't used the salon services at this location, I can't speak to that particular staff.
