I had an easy time booking online. My stylist, Carmen, was wonderful! She took the time to listen to what I wanted and also gave some suggestions. I love my new cut and will definitely be going back to her again.

Love this salon so much!!! Jennifer is such a professional and has done amazing things to my hair, (both when I’m feeling fun and crazy, and also more neutral with my hair) and it always results in exactly what I had envisioned! I would highly recommend that you sit in her chair and you will not be disappointed. A very comfortable environment, great conversation, comfy chairs, fantastic hair washes, and overall a great experience. I look forward to coming back and being pampered again! Alissa did such a good job on my hair. I was worried about getting a haircut because I havent had the best experience with getting my hair professionally cut but she did an amazing job and ive never been happier with my hair.

I was really excited for my haircut. And ready to make a bold cut by cutting off most of my long hair. I showed the stylist pictures and asked for 8 inches off. I’m not sure how 8 inches turned into 13 inches. I’m pretty sad about it. I don’t have any advice, except if you’re going to do a big cut, make sure you bring a ruler. Went from 30" to 2" longer than a bob… & one side is half an inch shorter. The stylist has good reviews so I’m just confused by this experience. Update - the owner reached out to try to help with damage control. She was pleasant and validated how I felt. I appreciate her trying to use her experience to fix my cut. However, we both know the damage wasn’t really salvageable. Though it looks better from a short hair standard... I’m still really sad that rather than having med-long hair, I left the salon with a long bob. My hair hasn’t been this short since elementary school, early 2000’s. My hearts broken that I have to wait at least 4 months to have any type of length back. I’m super crushed because I absolutely hate this look on me. I appreciate the professionalism from the owner. I have been coming to this salon off-and-on for about 4 years now but could never really find a stylist that matched well with me. I just got my first professional balayage with Dani and I couldn’t have asked for anything better!!! She was nice, clean, professional, and did EXACTLY what I wanted. She will definitely be my new permanent hair dresser.

I was extremely happy with my service with Faustina! Never been to the salon, new to Arizona, and had the same stylist for over 20 yrs. In GA. I found my new stylist and salon. Professional, kind and I shared what I would like done with my hair and she definitely delivered!! Highly recommended her as she was outstanding and professional!
