Ive been going to Stephen for about 4 years. He is absolutely amazing! From the moment I sit in his chair, I feel listened to and truly taken care of. He takes the time to understand exactly what I want and delivers a haircut and color that meets my expectations. His attention to detail and the fact that he takes his time truly do a clean job is impressive. The wash and conditioning are incredibly relaxing, and my hair feels healthy, soft, and refreshed afterward. I leave feeling confident and completely pampered. On top of all that, his services are very reasonably priced for the level of skill, care, and professionalism he provides. New Looks is the BEST PLACE to get haircuts, styling, shampoo, color, perm, straightening, keratin treatment and waxing eyebrows, lips, face, lashes, and special occasions makeup and up-dos. I've been a very happy customer for six years, and Paul was my stylist before he and his wife started this business. They are serving Sugar Land, Missouri City, Stafford, Alief, Richmond, Rosenberg, Houston and surrounding areas. All of the stylist that have served me, have been very skilled, friendly, respectful, and humble. Finally, the prices are very affordable, especially given the quality and friendly atmosphere. About me... I'm an actual Google Local Guide with over 350 reviews and over 95 million views on my pics! I trust Paul and his staff, and I'm happy to give them a 5 star review! I would give them more stars if it was possible. 👍😎🙏

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT TO GET A HAIRCUT! Yes, their prices are cheap but you honestly get what you pay for. My hairdresser was Paul and I honestly don’t know how he even cut my hair. I’ve always had long, layered and V-shaped hair, and today I just wanted a trim with curtain bangs. First, he didn’t wash my hair or even spray my hair (which isn’t perfectly straight), so it was definitely cut unevenly. Then, he only spent exactly 12 minutes cutting my hair. Literally, I only spent 15 minutes in the salon including payment and getting seated. Paul even told me to leave after I asked him to fix it once. I was honestly soo embarassed to go out in public with this hair that I had to tie it in a ponytail. And, since the haircut was SO bad, I decided to drive all the way to Bellaire to ML2 to fix up my hair. I was very lucky that they accepted a walk in appt to fix my hair. Shoutout to the hairdresser at ML2 that spent more than 1 hour fixing my hair. Even though ML2 is more expensive, I would pay anything to fix up the haircut that Paul gave me because it was actually SO bad. I attached pictures in this post, so you all can be the judge on how bad the haircut actually was.

I’ve been going to New Looks before they even became New Looks. My family and I have loved Paul and Amy as they have cut our hair for the past serval years. This year in particular, I finally ventured out and got a balayage from Amy, and let me tell you, I trust her with my hair and my life! Very professional, beautiful styling, I love coming back to New Looks and coming out of it refreshed and a new cut! Two different balayage at two different times!

Amy did a beautiful makeover in my plain color long hair! My daughters do coloring with Amy and they were absolutely right, Amy does great coloring makeovers!! See the before and after pictures.

Very nice people, but the young man doing my hair did not do a good job. I came in a few months ago around May and paid 170 dollars for blonde highlights throughout my hair. It was streaky and uneven and completely unblended at the top. I actually even had to come back to the store and request for them to "fix it" which changed nothing. Now I am about to pay hundreds to get my hair touched up and to try and fix the roots.

Terrible for hair cuts! I went to get a woman's haircut on my blonde hair and the service was absolutely horrendous. I asked the lady if she had the shampoo for colored hair and she ended up using some very drying shampoo. She also charged me $15 for a "hair mask" she used. She then blow dried my hair without putting any products and gave it a blunt cut. They don't know how to work with textured hair/dry hair and don't condition at all. It's unbelievable how she charged me and let me walk out the salon like that.
