This was my third time seeing Delonza, and she was incredible as always. My hair came in feeling so unhealthy with tons of buildup, and she took such amazing care of me. She’s so personable, easy to talk to, and genuinely wants your hair to look and feel its best. After my cut, my hair feels light, healthy, and refreshed again. She also gave me great advice on how to care for my hair at home, which I really appreciated. I always leave her chair feeling 10x better. If you’re looking for someone who truly knows what they’re doing and cares about their clients, go see Delonza! 💛

Probably one of the best decisions I've made. Went in waist length, dull, heavy hair and Delonza did her magic. I'm absolutely in love with it. Feels so light and alive, just in time for new beginnings! What an absolute pleasure it was spending time with Delonza while she did my hair. Such a beautiful soul! I had previously gotten my hair done at a different salon back in the beginning of November and I felt like the haircut just was not growing out correctly, and my color was getting brassy. I decided to book an appointment here because I needed a change and the reviews were good. Muneeza was brilliant. I came in telling her my concerns and what I wanted. I thought I was just getting a haircut to fix my hair but she offered advice on how to fix my color as well. I’m so glad I did it. I walked out with a great cut and fresh color that made me love my hair again. I’m definitely coming back for her expertise.

I had a very disappointing experience with Muneeza. The haircut felt rushed and careless. She barely consulted with me beyond looking at a photo and didn’t confirm length before cutting my bangs much shorter than I wanted. The face-framing layers were uneven, and I had to point it out for her to fix them — she didn’t check her work herself. For $85–$100, I expect precision, attention to detail, and a stylist who builds rapport with their clients and takes pride in their work. This felt sloppy and rushed. On top of that, the salon did not feel clean. There are much nicer salons at this price point that provide a far better experience. I won’t be returning.

i got my hair done originally at the euphoria hair studio, richmond location and they absolutely ruined my hair. it was extremely dehydrated and dull. i booked with esbideye and upfront she told me what the prices would be. she worked on my hair the whole time and needless to say she did an amazing job. always make sure you book with the right stylist here they can make or break your look.

Loved my whole experience here! Came in as a walk-in with dehydrated ends and expected to chop several inches. Was able to keep the length and my hair feels so much healthier after the hair gloss treatment Jayla recommended. Loved her! I committed to getting bangs and they were very honest about the absolute need to style it daily— I’m still playing around with styling them but I love how they were cut and know that they’ll also grow out nicely. Will definitely come back again!
