Boardroom Salon For Men - Sugar Land

Stephanie is hands down one of the best barbers I’ve been to. From the moment you sit in her chair, she really listens to what you want, asks the right questions, and makes sure the plan is clear before she starts. Her attention to detail is next level!!! Clean lines, smooth blend, and everything looks sharp from every angle, not just straight on. She’s consistent, professional, and takes her time without dragging it out, so you leave feeling confident every single time. On top of that, her vibe is welcoming and comfortable, which makes the whole appointment easy. If you want a barber you can trust to get it right and keep you looking fresh, Stephanie is the one.

Delonza was amazing. This was my second time coming to her and she has been great every time. She has great energy and finds the perfect haircut for you. I even let her clean up my beard which I never do and she knocked it out of the park. I will definitely be back!

Delonza provided a truly stellar consultation and absolutely nailed my hairstyle. From the moment I walked in, Boardroom put me straight to a great mood…such a relaxing, pampering experience. The vibes are calm and welcoming, and Delonza delivers an amazing haircut with genuine care and expertise. Highly recommend Benchmark Services if you’re looking to unwind and leave feeling refreshed and confident.

Very nice location with friendly staff. Very welcoming and relaxing. Been looking for somewhere to do my hair for a few years now and think I’ve found it. Sonia did my hair and I came in a mess not having a haircut in several months and left looking sharp for a change.

I dont usually write reviews but I had the best experience at this location! Barber Stephanie had the best customer service experience I've ever had she takes pride in what she does and is very accommodating to your wants and concerns when it comes to the service shes providing. I would HIGHLY recommend booking with Stephanie at this location!!! She won't disappoint!✨️

The Boardroom Salon for Men is incredible! This is one of the best cuts that I have ever gotten. James is definitely a man to go to for some clean cuts. Did I mention they give complimentary drinks? Literally the best haircut place out there. It's worth the extra bucks. You won't be disappointed. Would recommend this place to my closest friends and family.

Update: 12/19/2025: cancelled my membership. Out of nowhere and with no warning or notification they jacked up prices, resulting in a 27% increase in my month over month cost for the exact same haircut and service. Stylists are still great if you feel like shelling out, but I won’t be supporting blatant price gouging. For some additional context, the monthly express membership increased $5/month. However, I was told the extra $10 charge for the bald fade was gone and it was now "included in the membership". All in all, this would have worked in my favor. I’d have been fine with this and likely have thrown the extra $5 I was saving towards more tip for my stylist or purchased product (especially given they just rolled out their own stuff). Instead, they now force tack on an extra $20 charge for "an extra 15 minutes" that bald fades require. So…that is not only the opposite of "included", but it’s also a whopping 100% increase from the prior cost. My haircut is always relatively quick and that’s with being chatty with the stylist and them taking time to clean their tools prior to finishing up with brushing off hair. On top of all of that, I almost always skip the wash and opt to do it myself at home. This charge is insane to me. It almost encourages people to be a jerk to their stylist and engage in no conversation so they get done sooner. I could continue ranting, but all in all this price jump is egregious. I won’t be back unless they change course and I encourage anyone who doesn’t want their haircut to cost more than a utility bill to likewise refuse to support this. Old review (Dakota still gives a great haircut): Been going to this location for a while now and I had the unfortunate luck that my stylists kept departing or moving to other locations. However, maybe that ended up working in my favor. Cue Dakota. She’s been absolutely fantastic. I got a bald fade that was superb and I have a stubborn cowlick she cut in such a way I didn’t have an issue with it even once between cuts. 10/10 would recommend. Will keep being a repeat customer as long as she’s around.
