Jesse was super awesome and very helpful. I haven't done rebonding / Japanese straightening in over 5 years. She made it look naturally straight and my hair looks super healthy even after the first wash.

Jessie was phenomenal! I typically never write google reviews but believe this deserves it. I went to do balayage with Jessie and she executed my vision. I didn’t want it too light and she definitely listened to my input. She also took her time with it. I came in at 4:30 pm and only finished around 9:45 and that was way over their closing time. I’ve been places where they would rush the hair due to closing but she really was patient and took very good care of the hair!

First time here as a walkin, had the black lady in the back cut my hair, didnt catch her name, she gave me one of the best fade I ever had in my life, extreme attention to details, there are some tiny bits of curly hairs in the very front making my forehead look messy, I never had a single barber shave those off for me, she trimmed every bits of it off, lined up every thing and it looks perfect.

Japanese hair straightening with hair cut and style. I ended up paying $100 over what was told but understand that because my hair is thick. I have done the Japanese straightening several times and it has always lasted about 8 months . Before she started she asked me if I dye my hair I explained I do not that it gets really light with natural highlights from the sun. She proceeded to apply the treatment and then pretty quickly went to remove it, not nearly as long as I have ever had it on before which I explained and she washed it out but saw it needed longer and put some more on but then took it out too soon again in my opinion. While doing this she said " you really don’t dye your hair do you? I will make notes to leave it on longer next time " I told her I was upset I didn’t believe it would last but she said it would. Then she used a fat flat iron and as my hair is thick and it’s important to do every strand I’ve never seen them do this and so quickly. When I left she said she would call to check on it. She never did and not even 2 months into it it is completely back to the same texture and waves I went in with. When I called she offered to do it for about the price I paid in the first place. Very disappointed. The fact that I called my husband and cousin when leaving telling them I knew it wasn’t done right and would not last is what is most upsetting. I’m not a cosmetologist but I knew it wasn’t right. I was kind and tried to be understanding but bottom line is she did not do her job. I wasted hard earned money for this. DO NOT RECOMMEND 0 stars!!

Kindness reciprocate kindness. That's what they are all about. The staff was very friendly. Explained the services and was upfront of the cost so everybody understood and is on the same page. Helen and Jessie are amazing! I'm detail oriented person and i was highly impressed on how Helen took the time to cut my hair and layer it and style it. She didn't have to yet she did. This is the first time in my life that I have come across a hairstylist that actually cared that it looks good. I'm definitely sharing with my friends and family. They both are my favorite people now! 😊

My son and husband both get their hair cut here regularly and love it. Jessie and her staff are so sweet. My husband actually used to go somewhere else but changed over to this salon after bringing my son for his scheduled cut. The women are friendly and do a great job.

Got my digital perm done here by Jesse. She's the absolute sweetest, took her time, and made sure I left happy with my hair. My mom recommended it to me because "she always does it exactly the way I want it." The staff is very friendly and they seem to have a lot of regulars which is always a good sign!
