I came here as a walk in, I enjoyed getting my hair done the music and the atmosphere was really chill and laid back. Full of laughter everyone including myself was sitting down enjoying getting our hair done and the conversation of the braider. At first my braids were not coming out how I imagine but when I spoke up & showed the stylist a picture she fixed them with no problem , & I was thankful she did it with no attitude as I wanted to make sure I was getting what I paid for. I would go back to this salon again

I tool my wife here to get her hair braided and they were extremely rude and unprofessional. They said they opened at 9 and my wife's app was at 9 yet they wouldn't let us in until almost 30 minutes after. Then on top of that they way overbooked. And kept complaining about the choices my wife chose for her hair as well as insulting her and acting like she was dirty. Even tho it was there shop that had a messy nasty dirty environment. I can't figure out whether their shop or there attitudes were more nasty

I called this morning before 9 this morning she told me to be there at 9:30. She did a hell of a job and I love the outcome. Went there again yesterday and got some Bantu knots and I love them. 10/10 I recommend them

I’m not coming back to this salon, the lack of respect and hospitality for clients is astounding. When I came in the person who styled my hair was so dramatic because I had dry scalp and treated me like a germ, I have social anxiety as is. not to mention took five hours for a two hour style and ate food mid styling my hair as if I don’t have a life, and I got blamed for it taking all day had to hear my stylist complain and groan all five hours because I got "plastic" braiding hair as a stylist isn’t it YOUR job to inform the client what he or she needs? Not to mention literally let her frustration on my head and was very aggressive, as black hairdressers and people in general got to do better be professional lost a hard working customer.

I have gotten my braids done here twice and I have loved both experiences. The ladies are so nice and professional. The shop is immaculately clean. And you can tell every customer leaves completely satisfied. Highly recommend them!

The ladies here are so very nice and patient. Mackie did my hair, my daughter's hair, and my son's hair. I came in somewhat doubtful about the type of braids I could get because my hair is very thin and low-density. Esther recommended that I get something a bit different from what I was asking, and it came out beautiful 😍. They were very patient with my children, both of whom are autistic. Needless to say, I will continue going here. And a bonus for me was their spirituality. I definitely recommend this salon. Thank you Mackie and Esther!

I’m very tenderheaded and the lady doing my hair wasn’t heavy handed at all and they are just so sweet there 🥹 definitely the best salon for black girls in Stockton and they also braid super fast and make sure yo stuff is on pointtttttt! my bf loves my hair 10/10 deff recommend
