Great Service. Clean salon. Friendly atmosphere. Ladies are very nice. 1st time my baby girl didn't cry getting her hair done. Already set our next appts.

If I could give this shop less than a one star I really would. The first time I went to the shop I took my granddaughter she was four they did a really nice job doing twisties even though the oil they use drip down in her eyes. Second time I went a really nice girl did her hair she shampooed her hair which I felt was really too expensive 145 dollars whether they shampooed or not when other beauty shops charged half the price it's just that I couldn't get into their shops for one reason or another and natural do was available. Now the girl who did her hair was a really nice girl, really nice. She shampooed her hair and she asked me if I wanted it braided from shampoo or if I wanted it to be blow dried so she said braiding the hair straight from wash was healthier so I said okay but she never told me that it didn't last as long as compared to blow drying it. When she finished doing her hair it was very pretty it lasted all of 3 days for $145. Now I made another appointment because I couldn't get into another beauty shop they were all booked up school is back so I made another appointment with Natural Do the day of I had to cancel for a very urgent matter as a matter of fact someone died that day. They charged my credit card half of the price that the hairdo service was going to be. I mean just how THIRSTY is this beauty salon they charged my card before I even got off the phone with them. They're going to get paid one way or the other I'm telling you black people get a grip 🥺 I will never patronize this beauty shop again. What they charged me for half of the hairdo I still come out on top going somewhere else, but the money that they charged me and the prices I get from the other beauty shop is still not as much as what Nature Do was charging me.

I really enjoyed my shampoo and hot oil treatment I received on my sisterlocs. I made appt for a roller set however they did not have the rollers and had to leave to purchase, not a problem but if i schedule a roller set how can you not be prepared to do so. Anyway, I stayed under the dryer an average amount of time and was able to leave and return the rollers the following day. Needless to say, the roller set was an epic failure as there was a slight curl to my locs after removing the rollers, that slight curl lasted 2 hours at most after being outside. 155.00 plus a 15.00 tip was an experiment that I won’t make again . Friendly and welcoming though not satisfied as I had expected .

I loved this place. I have been looking for a location to cut my very curly hair and that is what they specialize in. I was super thrilled with my haircut and I will be back again for sure. They recommended awesome products for me to use that have helped tame my baby hairs around my face. Highly recommend.

Well September 27, 2024 I had an appointment for starter dreadlocks. They came unraveled with in 20 minutes. I was never offered to have my ends clipped either. My hair has unraveled and looks a mess. My close friends and family along with co workers are laughing in disbelief. Well I paid $115 plus a 15 tip. I’m not a stylist but I could have done this and better.

Absolutely love this place. Shyla gave me an incredible trim without taking off too much. She was so skilled, talented, kind and caring. She gave me excellent styling as well is extremely informative advice on how to care for my natural hair. I love the environment here, very relaxing and artistic. Everyone who works here is so kind and sweet and helpful. They even had mimosas! Will definitely be back anytime I need a perfect natural trim. Brought my curls back to life. Thank you guys a ton again!

I was very excited to see if this salon would be the place to help me with my hair journey. I am an ER nurse in Sacramento and was willing to drive to Stockton to check them out. Unfortunately, due to my profession, my off days or short days don't always get to go as planned. Needless to say, I had to cancel my appointment, which I did 3 hours before my scheduled appointment. Again, this was going to be my very first visit there. I was told I would have to be charged 50% of the services I was going to receive for canceling. Wow, is what I said. The girl says, it's our no show/no call/ 24hour cancelation policy. So me showing courtesy by calling in enough time for them to still be able to fill my spot still cost me 50% of something I'm not even sure would have been worth it. I should have payed more attention to the other reviews. I will not be rescheduling with Natural Do, That's for sure. If anyone knows of a salon here in Sacramento that specializes in natural hair and beauty please comment and let me know! Be blessed people!
