Great Clips

Holly helped us and she was very sweet and squeezed us in even though she was getting ready to close up shop, which we were very thankful for! she was very knowledgeable and recommended some great products for us. the great clips brand shampoo and conditioner that's a knock off of the Paul Mitchell tea tree brand is way cheaper and works just as well for a dry scalp, with that tingly goodness of tea tree oil! my boyfriend really likes it and his hair looks good and feels much softer! what I thought was really cool: they will make a note on your account of how they cut your hair, so you don't have to worry if it's a different person working the next time you go in, you still get the same haircut. and I can send him in and I don't have to come along to make sure they do it right!! 🤣🤣 ladies- you know this is important when your man is so polite that he will just sit there and not say anything while someone just goes to town on his hair!! 10/10 recommend for a quick, nice looking men's haircut that's friendly, professional, and worry free!

Went to a stylist highly recommended by a relative with short, fine hair and asked for layers for my thick, long hair (last photo - the same photo I have used as a reference for haircuts for years). The stylist didn’t ask me any questions apart from how much I wanted taken off and then proceeded to snip some ends and go at the ends with a layering scissors. He didn’t section my hair, didn’t even attempt to cut it layer by layer, and repeatedly tangled my hair in the comb. Part of the issue seemed to be that my hair is long and the stylist was short and didn’t adjust the height of the chair so he couldn’t actually comb out and reach the end of my hair. When he was "done" I showed the reference photo again and asked him to at least blend the choppy ends of the hair. He tried, but I don’t think long hair is in his repertoire. I brought my concern to the woman at the front, and she told me that I needed to style it. The issue isn’t with styling - it’s that I went in for an actual haircut with layers and got a trim with uneven fringe on the ends. If certain stylists are good at one type of haircut, then they should assign them to those types of haircuts.

Walked in at 8:02 am this morning, third in line. At 8:19 am with 7 or so people in the que, three people in front and an 86 min. wait time, one of the two stylists goes into the back with her Starbies order and takes a breakfast/coffee break. Got a nice hair cut from the other gal but that really ticked me off. 19 minutes into open? Come on.

1 star for effort but now I have to take my 2 grandkids elsewhere to fix the job. So disappointed in your work. My grandsons bangs are horrendous!!! he's only 3. I will never use Great Clips again! I don't understand how his hair was so messed up! According to his mom he sat quietly and still the whole time,he usually does!

Im impressed! Wanted to chop off all my hair.....I told the lady I wanted a boy cut with longer hair on the left side. My hair was down to the middle is my back. She didn't try and talk me out of it, she did exactly what i asked. She did a superb job! I love my hair now and I've gotten so so many compliments! Thank you Great Clips!!!!

Stay away if you want to feel good about your haircut. I received a cut that was choppy, uneven, and not what I asked for. The stylist who cut my hair did not introduce herself or catch the chunk of hair that was left significantly longer even though she also checked me out. I was not offered a mirror to check the back which would have caught that my hair had been shaped incorrectly instead of cut straight across without layers as I had explicitly asked for. Adding insult to injury, I was sent out the door with hair so saturated that it looked like a rats nest in the back by the time I finished running my errands because my curls did not dry correctly. I am embarrassed that I was pushed towards the door and allowed to leave with my hair like that. I appreciate that I was able to go back to have my hair fixed at no additional charge and even though it’s now correct enough, I regret allowing my hair to be fixed instead of asking for a refund. I have no trust in this place and that lack of trust ruins how a hair cut is supposed to make you feel.
