No one greets when you walk in, just staring and everyone on their phone. Get in the chair and all I hear is oh my god and partially words me and her just talked about. It was ok, a good backup option because they’re usually always available. She seemed mad that she had to do hair and complained a lot. I don’t mind, she definitely took her anger out on my hair though. Just seems a little off that someone would be mad that they have to do hair, especially while the store is empty. Only got my hair shampooed and blow dried because I expected failure.

Made an appt for my daughter and thought it was with the owner. When we got there, my daughter was placed with a very young hairdresser and come to find out halfway through the process, it was the girls first time braiding. Paid over $200 and the braids didn’t last more than a few weeks. I sent pictures to the owner and she never responded. I was hoping she would make it right. We would have loved to come back and have someone else with experience Re-do them but she never responded. Super unprofessional. Will not return

The owner was unfriendly, incompetent and manipulative. I had 4 bundles of hair, I told her to use them all for a full head. She started doubling them up 1/3 way my head, she started complaining the bundles won’t fit and suggested to do single sewings on. At the end, she ended up using 3 and a small piece of bundles and sending me with a whole bundle home. I asked her what happened I got no answer. The price changed from $120 agreed price to $140 after seeing my white husband come to the shop and she claimed price changed because of " I sewed a full head" I was like okay but, the end of the sewing was nothing than a very bad job. No one in there right mind would do and have no shame charging you $140. These Ethiopians are so clueless of what they’re doing and should be sued for their poor services and overpriced services. BEWARE!!! SCAM SCAM SCAM. Dont go there.

She took 45 minutes to a hour to get started with my appointment prioritizing the people who came in after me. Then started washing my hair, then forcing me to detangle my own hair. And then after two hours of me waiting, she said that she couldn’t do my hair and said that it was tangled when she could’ve told me that prior instead of making me wait instead of her gossiping about her clients so three hours of my time was wasted the previous times I’ve gotten twists done there were poor quality and didn’t last for long at all. It seems like The owner does not like to do hair at all. I understand the language she speaks, and the way she speaks about her clients in her home language hurts my heart and is unbearable and just rude. Do not go here unless you want to wait 2+ hours for a pre booked appointment and low quality hair as well as being gossiped about

I have been going to this shop for over 10 years and the service and people there have always gone over and beyond for me! The ladies there are simply great ! I don’t really understand the negative comments . I’ve never seen anyone complain not one time and I’ve been there a countless amount of times . The prices are super cheap for the work that is being done. Highly recommended

I came to this shop to get my hair dyed a purple color and I spoke with the owner beforehand and she said yes she can do everything I showed her prior only to figure out she couldn’t and didn’t have the color and then she said she would have to bleach my hair to put a lighter color on it which she didn’t it was only bleached but the most important part is that I am now finding out by looking at my hair that I have a patch of BURNT HAIR in the back of my head due to the owner keeping it in longer than she should I am so upset and I payed her.

I was very happy with how well my braids turned out and more excited with how reasonable the price was.i would definitely refer this place to friends and family and I will definitely be returning.
