First the original lady brandi decided she wasn't going to show up so a different lady offered to do it and I said okay sure and She was nice and friendly which is great but anyways I was super nervous cause she was using a hot comb and I didn't want her to burn my baby's hair so I'm like don't bone straighten in I just need it straightened enough so u could cut her ends I tried to trust the process and man this looks horrible my babies hair looks so uneven now and it's still parts of her ends that needa be cut . Will not be going back

They are Truly a BLESSING!!!! I got scam from a girl claiming to work there. When I got there they said that did not have my appointment and the girl never worked there. I didn't know what to do. One of the stylist stop what she was doing and went above and beyond to get someone to do my hair. By the time I left their shop words can't explain the joy I felt in my heart!!!!!! HUGE SHOUT OUT 2 BLESSINGS HAIR SALON!!! #Stylist BLESSINGS 4 MY HAIR!!!

What a Blessing to find ✨Ashley✨ here at Blessings! She is one of THE BEST braiders for children's styles! Her stitch braids?! 🤩 Not only is she skilled, she's efficient and patient with the tenderest of heads. My daughter and sons stay looking fly thanks to her styling! 🔥 She's a gem in the industry! ✨Ms. Jackie hooked me up with my 1st quick weave and it was 🔥!! ✨Lakeira styled me with a hard set (pin curls) and they turned out beautifully!! 😍 ✨Aris installed micro-links for me and I am IN LOVE!! He is multi-talented for men and women's styles and cuts! 💈 🤩👏🏽🔥 The salon itself is clean and comfortable. It's a one stop shop with braiders, natural stylists, weave installers and barbers. I highly recommend booking an appointment and checking them out! 💎

I had the worst experience with blessings Solon. I was scammed and overcharged for my braids that I didn't request. Amelia, charged $450 for braids that should've been $200 on the website. She laughed in my face for 30-45 mins at the end when I confirmed my price with her. She said she usually confirms the price but this time she didn't. I asked for small waist length knotless, and I got small butt length and she said that she did micro braids and that's why, she charged extra. Strongly do not recommend!

This review is NOT against the salon, but against the a stylist name Jackie who works at this salon. I booked a silk n press for my 17yo daughter last week through a 3rd party app called Booksy. The app doesn't allow you to leave a review if the appointment was canceled. This stylist hurried and canceled my daughter's appointment while she was still at the salon trying to figure out why Jackie doesn't detangle natural hair. So since I can't leave a review on the third party app I'll leave it here for Google for everyone to see it!! My daughter hair is naturally soft, long, but not thick. Jackie told my daughter while shampooing her hair, that she complained about she didn't do detanglement, and that it would be extra $$ to detangle her hair, extra money because it was thick, but her profile on the 3rd party app didn't say extra for thickness, only extra for length. On her profile the cost for a silk n press is $85 plus extra for length. She basically was trying to get 145$ extra out of my 17yo daughter. So my daughter texted me from the salon bathroom about what was going on. I told my daughter to leave, we'll figure something else out. I went back on the app booksy and booked my daughter a new appt with a different stylist who only charged 80$ for s/p and 20$ to trim her ends. We are sooooo glad we didn't do business with Jackie unprofessional service, but claims she specializes in natural hair, but didn't have the tools to detangle non thick hair lol! My daughter said she was doing a sew in when she walked out! So apparently this the real reason Jackie didn't want to do my daughter's hair. See pics from new stylist below the very next day! The new stylist Detangle her hair with no complaints and didn't charge xtra for detangle, length or said her hair was thick! My daughter has never had thick hair she's 2B hair type, more like full and soft but easy to comb but never thick we've seen way thicker.

Today my daughter went in for a silk press, her appointment was for 1:00pm, a lady called britney jackson( who was doing her hair) and britney said she’ll be there in 20 mins and said she thought her appointment was for 2, she then arrived at 2:00pm an hour after original appointment. She then was very rough on my daughters head and sat her under the dryer and then left the salon for 30 minutes to where another employee had to go and find her. She then quoted my daughter 120, on the booking site the style was 100. I then called to speak to the owner which he responded with a rude tone saying how the length was the 20 dollar mark up fee when my daughter’s hair only reach beneath her breast. He then said how he didn’t understand why i would want a refund which i responded i don’t understand why not when the entire service was unprofessional. Moral of the story do not book with them and do not especially book with britney!

Yesterday was my first experience with this hair salon. My 9 year old daughter was booked to get her hair braided by a woman name Blessing. She was not prepared at the scheduled time and moved our appointment to 2:30pm. Then into 2 and half hours later of braiding my daughter hair stating " I can’t do your daughter I don’t like the way the braids is coming out , she has a perm, I don’t do hair with perms." She was lying because she was not skilled to braid well nor did she have good time management. She also mentioned she had another appointment waiting. As my daughter was presenting to be sad I started comforting my daughter and talking to her as the lady begin taking her hair down. She told me to " Go sit down over there"with attitude and unprofessionalism. Of course I refused and requested her to speak to me with respect. This was such a bad experience for my daughter but I’m glad I handled it well and told her it’s nothing wrong with her the lady just didn’t have good braiding skills or good manners. Look at the attached picture. I would say the manager Adele was very nice and kind. She called to apologize and offered another hairstylist I couldn’t accept that was such a bad memory for my daughter birthday. Go to another stylist that had skills and respect for their customer not Blessing.
