I absolutely loved it. I am 37 now, and decided to go back to Lucia after 21 years. When I was 16 she cut my hair into a bob and it was gorgeous then. I was in and out in exactly enough time to make me feel so welcomed and cared for thank you so much I definitely feel far more beautiful than when I was 16 so thank you for loving what you do so much, my hair cut and energy field is so infused with love that I can only smile and look in the mirror every 5 minutes. It's difficult to find someone who actually loves what they do and shows up to do it every day let alone 20+ years!

If I could give half a star that would be my experience. She did a perm for me that didn't work out at all and fried my hair. Some parts were curly some parts were straight. I showed her my inspo pic and she said she could do it. A perm plus a haircut. She charged me $30 EXTRA for a haircut that she barely cut off and definitely wasn't a fade as her clippers were broken. I gave her $150 total. And that was a perm for a full head of hair. I went back a few months later and asked how much she would charge me for a perm on just the top of my head as I just got a fresh fade elsewhere. She actually priced it more than the first time I went there, saying that her product is expensive and regardless she needed to open a box to perm my hair. Idk how she came up with that price and asked her why is she going to charge me more this time then the first time when it would be less work and less time to roll my hair. She asked me how much I was willing to pay and I just told her forget it and went to Aveda and they did a wonderful job for half the price this lady was going to charge me. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. I figured maybe she could do a better job with less hair to perm and her location was close to home but her pricing and reasoning was ridiculous.

Absolutely unprofessional!! Didn't listen or try to understand what I wanted. I showed her pictures of the haircut I wanted and told her about what length I wanted my hair to be yet she didn't pay attention to anything and went on to cut my hair however she wanted. She cut my hair so fast, probably less than 5 minutes, I didn't have any time to even realize. Not only did she cut my hair 3 inches way too short but also gave me layers and bangs I didn't ask for and when I pointed all of this out to her she said it looks exactly like the picture???? Even though the length of hair in the picture was past the shoulders with minimal layers and face framing layers past jawline. It couldn't be further apart yet I walked out with Dora haircut. I came home and realized the haircut was very uneven especially the bangs. This is the worst haircut I have ever had and my hair won't recover for months. The lady is very unprofessional and doesn't have any knowledge about cutting hair.

Please don't come here. It is unprofessional and the tables that are holding her products are beginning to fall off. It is terrible. I came in because it was cheaper than most places and because the description said she specialized in Asian hair. I came in and asked her give a recommendation for a Pop Korean male hair cut. She gave me a reference book to look through and I chose a photo. She then began to cut my hair so short that didn't resemble anything to the photo. Towards the end of the haircut she would say, "very handsome" repeatedly. It looked terrible. I thought maybe it was just a fluke and I was unlucky and so my brother went to get a haircut from her. He provided her with a photo and specific instructions and she gave him the same haircut as me. Nothing like the photo what so ever. She began to say the same thing towards the end, "very handsome,". She even had the nerves to say to us, "If you don't like the haircut, you come in again another day and I cut for you." I was so disappointed in her and that salon. AND!!! Before us was a mother and her daughter. The mothers wasn't great and her daughter cried. She cried. Towards the end of their haircut she repeatedly said, "very beautiful" I'll leave it at that guys. I hate doing reviews but if I were to do one, it would be getting horrible haircuts from unprofessional salons like this one.

I have been getting my haircut here for about ten years now. My father worked with many Koreans in his field and inquired about places that could cut Asian hair. Bella Beauty was highly recommended by many. I had never received such a high quality haircut. What struck me most is the stylist's attention to detail. I cannot recommend this place enough.

This is a review for men's haircut. The haircut is great if you like the military style. Other than that I wouldn't recommend this place at all. When you say you want a hair cut with a undercut that is faded with blades ranges from 1-3 that doesn't mean you shave everything skin tight. Also when you say you want a inch of hair taken off, that doesn't mean you take 3 inches off and go short because you feel unconfident with your skills sets so you feel you must cut shorter. I gave you simple directions but it seems you lack the skill sets to accomplish the desired look. Overall, I will not be coming back here no more even though the customer service was great. Remember what the customer says because it's their hair. I tried to give you the best directions as a client and It's not like it's my first haircut. Thanks for your time and onwards to the next salon.
