I am not from WA, so i am here visiting. I was a little skeptical about getting my hair done because i had no idea where to go. I do not regret my decision to book with Stars Salon. I love how my hair turned out out! I saw Melissa, She is an amazing stylist and she is the owner. She is also very sweet. My hair went from sad to savage! Lol no but for real. I appreciate you Melissa! You have no idea what you did for my confidence 😭 thank you so much 🫶

I came to see Lola at this salon today, and she was amazing! She’s incredible at ensuring that you’re comfortable, and that your hair is treated like royalty. Her communication is perfect, and she ensures that you feel heard. I came in with grown out bangs, and white streaks in my hair. I wanted some caramel-y highlights and a refresh on my bangs. She did both wonderfully!

Kourtney is outstanding ♥️ Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had getting my hair done. Other stylists I’ve went to would just do what THEY wanted and didn’t take my skin tone, age and what would actually suit ME into consideration. Kourtney was extremely attentive and listened to every single thought and concern I had. My hair turned out better than I would have imagined. I will recommend her to everyone! Kourtney literally made all of my hair dreams come true!! ✨️😍

Lola's been hacking away at my locks for over a decade now, and I've got to say, she's a total rockstar. This time, I went for a golden look and, well, let's just say I'm living my best life. Lola's the best, folks - highly recommended. She genuinely cares, for all of her clients.

HIGHLY recommend this place. I came in with terrible hair that was ruined from the wrong product. Kelby Martin was able to fix it in just two sessions!!! Book with her ASAP!!! I’ll never trust my hair with anyone but her for as along as she’s in Spokane, and doing hair.

Stars is absolutely awesome. Got a new style (haircut) by Melissa. She ran on time listened to all I wanted and executed the exact look! I have received so many compliments on my hair and I will be a client for life.

Do not trust this woman with your money especially if it involves hair extensions. She charged my sister for hair and turns out the hair isn’t even from the company she claimed it was. It was very low quality. Then she sent a fake invoice to "prove" replacement hair was coming and the invoice had many typos claiming it was from her distributor. It was very clear the invoice was fake. With all of this, we took the hair out ourselves. Turns out, it’s two different wefts, which my sister had know idea two different styles of hair were installed. It has now been almost four weeks and she has yet to receive a refund or the replacement hair that was supposedly ordered. Do not trust the OWNER of this company.
