Lavish Salon

I’m so lucky I found Lavish (and Kathryn) on my first try after moving to Spokane a couple years ago! Kathryn is the best. She’s so warm, welcoming, kind, and not to mention hilarious. She made me feel comfortable from the moment I first sat in her chair. The salon has such a friendly, welcoming vibe, and all of the stylists are genuinely kind. I’m always happy with my cut and color, but I recently made a big change and Kathryn completely understood my vision. I’m obsessed with the results and couldn’t recommend her more!

Brooke did amazing w my partial balayage today!!! She took her time to really understand what I wanted. I’m also so pleased with my cut. Found my new stylist!!

This was my first time at lavish and I was super excited to get a professional stylist to re-fresh and trim up my slightly-above-the-shoulder haircut for a cute feminine look. But I have been crying non stop today whenever I see my hair in the mirror because my hair was ultimately cut so much shorter than I expected, shorter than ive ever had before. I really feel so anxious and embarrassed to show anyone. I'm considering paying for extensions at another salon if possible. I tried to show reference photos to my stylist, Tiffany (I think the owner?) and maybe she and I didn't have sufficient communication about what I wanted? but I would have hoped that if she was considering the length that she was about to chop, she would have done a better job confirming that we were on the same page about the vision. The communication could have been better. And in my opinion my stylist was not very warm or welcoming, which did not help with the experience. I genuinely questioned whether my stylist gave me this cut with the hopes that I wouldn't return (I swear I was nice and normal). The only thing I can think of that would've contributed to her not liking me is that I was running a bit late (9 mins) for my appointment due to unexpected traffic and road construction. I'm trying not to blame myself. I really don't like leaving bad reviews and I always try to assume positive intent, but I really left feeling so unattractive and dissatisfied with my experience.

I was addressed a bit late ( I didn't mind). Had high hopes for this salon based on their IG and reviews. My stylist didn't seem like she was taking her time or paying attention..she had to re-do my hair a second time in one session to "fix" the choppy blending job. Over bleached, different shades, and extremely damaged. Any tips to fix? RIP old locks. 1st photo: current result 2nd: natural hair 3: request

I booked Lavish Salon for my bridal hair and makeup for our elopement day and I couldn't be happier with my decision! After doing a few trial runs with other local salons, Lavish was clearly the most professional and seamless choice. The stylists I worked with were warm, prepared, and really listened to my vision for how I wanted to look. They were kind and made me feel beautiful on the most important day of my life! I can't thank Lavish enough and will definitely be returning for future beauty needs!

Candace is my fave!!!! She absolutely killed it at my hair and shes soooo fun to be around!!!!!
