Absolutely unacceptable and horrible experience with Rachael. I went in for a specific hair color and left with something completely different (and not in a good way). When I brought it up rachel gave me two totally different stories trying to justify the result in a poor attempt to gaslight me into thinking it was what I asked for (it wasn’t). Instead of taking accountability or offering a solution she told me she doesn’t do refunds and that I could PAY HER MORE to fix what SHE messed up. The attitude was condescending and dismissive from start to finish. When I told her I’d be contacting my bank to dispute the charge she actually threatened to call her lawyer. What kind of professional reacts that way to a valid complaint? This wasn’t just poor service it was disrespectful, unprofessional, and shady. After talking to multiple other hairstylists about the situation they all agreed her behavior was unacceptable and extremely shady. Save yourself the headache and go to someone who listens, communicates clearly and stands by their work. It’s clear this woman only cares about taking your money.

I have been seeing Rachael for almost 4 years! She always provides top quality services ranging from highlighting, conditioning treatments and haircuts for me! She’s so sweet, builds genuine relationships with her clients and leaves me loving my hair every single time!

I get my lashes done with Alexis, one of their estheticians and Kleur will always be one of my fave spots to visit! So cute and welcoming. The girls always say hi and are so kind to my kiddos. Alexis always goes above and beyond with her lash services and makes a comfortable environment for this mama to chill for 20 minutes. Haley the owner is fabulous and has created such a lovely and clean space to feel fresh and new. Would highly recommend any of the girls for extensions, lived in beautiful color, or brow/lash/facial treatments!

I went in as a first time customer for a balayage and was the most impressed I had to leave a review. Honestly, being new to the area, the harsh water destroyed my confidence and my hair. I came in sad, with a mop of a mess of tangle and oil. I left with restored confidence and money well spent. As far as stylists goes, I have tried everything from a beauty college to fancy "name" salons and never left 100% happy. This is NOT the case here. I left feeling like I was heard, and got the results I didn't even know I wanted! I went in with no pictures and vague instructions of, "I dunno, just lighter please." (I'm not hair savvy okay? ) My stylist made it work! I will be back, no matter how long the commute. The salon itself was clean, on trend, and made me feel welcome. The cost was good value for the result. I have nothing bad to report. Keep it up Kleur, you are doing it right

Rachael has done my hair for a few years now, and always does an amazing job! She is so flexible and goes out of her way to get me an appointment. I can always count on her to do an amazing job.

Hailey colored my hair for my wedding and it exceeded all of my expectations! She is so talented and a very nice person to chat with! The atmosphere is so cozy, warm, and inviting. Highly recommend this salon! Whitney did my hair for my wedding and all of my bridesmaids! I showed her an inspiration pic and she not only created the exact hair, but I even loved my hair more than the picture I showed her! Whitney is fun, easy to talk to, and one of the best hair stylist I have ever seen! Highly recommend booking her or Hailey if you are a bride getting married soon!

Sarah Harris is AMAZING. I have been getting my lashes done by her for a little over a year and she kills it every time! She is also so easy to talk to and funny. I recommend her constantly to others because I am so confident in the work she puts forth! She always makes sure you are happy with her work before you leave. Even before she was at Kleur, I would drive all the way from south Spokane Valley to Deer Park to get my lashes done by her fully knowing there are other lash techs that are much closer, but her quality and care seriously cannot be beat and was totally worth the drive. She also has threaded by brows and did henna on them which was also so great and lasted a long time. She also offers amazing facials and skin care products that I haven’t had the chance to try yet! I unfortunately have been taking a break from lashes and brows because I’m a busy new mom but can’t wait to get them back on again! Sarah Harris is definitely a go-to girl!
