Nichole has been doing my hair for years. I am always happy with how great my hair turns out! She is so kind and always attentive to the style I am wanting to go with. Highly recommend her for blonde highlights and haircut!

I have been getting my hair cut by Danielle for almost 15 years and have been treated by Janet for all my skin care needs for over 10 years. I have been taking both my girls for cuts and color to Brittney since she started cutting hair about 7 years ago. The staff at highlights are like family to me and my girls. The services and products are all top notch and are very reasonably priced. They’re welcoming and genuinely want your experience to be a great one! I highly recommend highlights salon and spa!!

Brittney is amazing. I’ve been going to her for years for cuts, and recently started coloring my hair with her. I have never been happier with my hair and she is truly a genius. If I could give 6 stars I would. Not only is she talented but she’s also a super sweet person. I love catching up at our appointments and will continue to be her client for the foreseeable future.

I explained I didn't want my roots touched so I don't have to keep dying my hair and would like my blonde hair toned and blended into my roots and that I'd like my hair to be mainly icy white/silver. Rhonda was my stylist, she went in and dyed my roots anyways 😭 and the majority of my hair is now very very dark brown (darker than my natural color 😭) the dark brown is very choppy with darkish silver ends. I got home and looked at it a bit more and I'm pretty upset with the results. I really don't like my hair, 100% what I didnt ask for. Now I am going to have to dye my hair again in the future. Im very sad. My first and last salon experience 😭. I shouldnt have let her touch my hair.

We moved to Washington 8 years ago and were lucky enough to be recommended Highlights Salon and Spa as a new place to get my hair done. Every single time I leave I am beyond thrilled with how my hair looks. These stylists do amazing work! I get my hair done every 7-8 weeks and will not go anywhere else (not even for vivid colors or big change-ups) because I completely trust these ladies to take care of me. I travel from out of town and sometimes my teenage daughter gets her hair done with me. I 100% recommend this place! We LOVE them!!

Booked with Anna after a disastrous self color job that left me with green tinged dark brown hair that was frizzy and limp. She did a hail Mary job on my damaged locks and left me looking and feeling like a new person with amazing hair. I went from greenish dark to my natural ash blonde with beautiful highlights woven in. I absolutely will be back!

I absolutely love this salon and my stylist Nichole. I moved to Spokane 4 years ago and didn’t realize how hard it was going to be to find my "forever" salon here. For several years I just did the minimal on my hair that I could get away with because I just didn’t trust anybody. Then, a friend at work recommended Highlights and Nichole. She has a masterful talent for natural-looking color and never goes crazy with the scissors. I love my long, layered style! The salon is located in a beautiful old converted house that’s full of sun.
