I received an uneven haircut from a stylist who's been in the business for a long time. A section in the back of my hair and one side of my bangs was about an inch longer. I noticed the issue after washing & styling my hair. I didn't spot it at the time because of how it was styled. I don't understand how she missed those areas. I had to pay more money to have another stylist at another salon fix it. I paid a lot of money for a master stylist who should be skilled but instead gave me an uneven cut. I didn't feel comfortable going back & have this person fix it mainly because of her position at the salon. My previous stylist who unfortunately moved away never once over the many years I went to her cut my hair uneven like that. I understand people make mistakes sometimes. Another stylist from the same salon made numerous mistakes on my hair but the 3rd mistake she made I couldn't look past. She accidentally used regular scissors instead of texturing sheers close to my scalp on the back of my hair and cut a huge chuck close to my scalp off just before my daughter's wedding. The was by far the worst mistake & no way I was going back to her. This salon used to be a great salon. The previous owner insured the stylists working at the salon were skilled & properly trained. Whatever happened to stylists checking their work or caring about the quality of their work especially at the prices they're charging.

I have enjoyed more than a decade of excellent service and even better hair thanks to Kristin at Salon Rouge. I am very particular about my hair (especially my bangs), and Kristin has gone above and beyond to meet my needs as a client. I’m so grateful to have such a skilled stylist so close by, and I strongly recommend anyone in the area make an appointment for services.

I received a terrible hair cut from Pedro. I went to get a trim, and he cut my hair completely uneven. One side is atleast an inch longer than the other. When he finished cutting it, I mentioned that it looked uneven, and he said it was fine. The hair cut cost $70, and I now need to pay to get it fixed somewhere else. I am very unhappy with this salon.

Becky James at Salon Rouge is a rockstar hair stylist. I've been going here for years and have never once had an experience that I regretted. The salon staff are always incredibly helpful and make it a point to know you by name. The salon offers a wide variety of products and services such as extensions, Brazilian blowout, and Diva Curl. Becky is perfect for not only the icy blondes that I enjoy but also fun colors. That's not to say that she can't do anything that you might want. They will always be honest with you as well if something would enhance your beauty or if it's something that might not be the best decision. I've always appreciated that. I would highly recommend this salon and in particular Becky James. I think the photos speak for themselves.

Kristin King and Salon Rouge has been my go-to stylist, and salon for over 15 years! I found her before my wedding and trust her and her team explicitly. Through different cuts, colors and hormone changes they have had my back (and my hair) giving me suggestions and solutions. Regardless of my zip code, I come back to trust my lovely locks with the Salon Rouge Team.

Pd $250 for balayage, red. Came out with dark brown hair. No apologies, only excuses. Tried to fade it by washing multiple times...Called, they stated to come back. Came back next day, all that was offered was a color remover, and toner so end of the day I paid $250 for color remover and toner that lasted a couple weeks.

Becky did my hair for my wedding and it was super beautiful. The 40 minutes I spent with her were the most chill of the whole day. The updo lasted through the whole day marvelously and it was a windy one. Thought I had to take the pins out after the reception, the curls lasted through two flights on my way to PR, sleeping on a park bench/picknick table and a tour of the town while very humid. After all that, my curls are still on fleek... definately would reccomend.
