She will take the time to listen to any hair concerns, values your opinion, and will work together with you on what is best for your hair’s situation. The whole crew is AMAZING!

I’ve been going to Victoria for my hair and I can’t imagine trusting anyone else. She takes the time to really listen to what you want. Victoria consistently delivers results that leave me feeling confident and refreshed. Her space is always welcoming and she is just genuinely great to be around. If you have curly hair I highly recommend seeing Elio! They took the time and care to explain to me how I should be taking care of my hair and made sure I was comfortable along the way. I will be coming back for sure ❤️

My experience with Elio at Cilantro could not have been better. They walked me through what was going to happen to my hair in a transparent and easy way and helped me understand why my hair behaves the way it does, and how to make it look the way I want it to. Ellie was really great! I think my haircut turned out beautiful, and I really appreciated the fact that she took her time and it did not feel rushed. I would definitely go back to her and Cilantro again!

December 23, 2025- Booked with a LEVEL 3 who "Specializes in blondes" (Becca) and these are my partial highlight results. The back pieces that were bleached are icy white & the front pieces near my face are orange…She had me pick the color of my toner (which I know nothing about?) Very unhappy with results and the amount I had to pay for it. $$$
